Both sets are up for crowdfunding on the HaT website now.

Both the 1/32 Napoleonic British set and 1/32 7YW Austrian Marching set are now live for crowdfunding on:
www.hat.com and www.hat72.com

Unless support is overwhelming for both we plan to only do one set, therefore there is also a choice to purchase an $0.03 amount, i.e. a purchase of $20.01 means it's a vote for Nap. British, a purchase of $20.02 means it's a vote for 7YW Austrians. A purchase of $20.03 means the amount would go towards whichever set is closer to reaching its goal.

Paypal refunds can be issued up to 180 days but we feel that 60 days should be enough to determine if the sets are viable and of course customers can ask for a full refund anytime before the sets are approved.

Two suggestions for crowdfunding...

Either Nap. British, set 1, advancing figures:

or 7YW Austrians, marching figures, 4 fusiliers and 2 grenadiers:

For consideration

There appears to be 4 forerunners in the running that can be done with the master figures at hand:

1) Napoleonic British Infantry with stovepipe shakos.
British
These would NOT be upscaling the 1/72 set, rather the 1/32 scale figures would be cut from large sized master figures.
Pros: A sophisticated set that is highly customizable. Has batallion and elite figures, extra heads, command figures.
Cons: British sets are available.

2) Napoleonic Spanish
Light Infantry
Grenadiers
Line Infantry
Command
An extensive number of figures including all 3 branches and command. These are NOT upscaled 1/72 figures but would be newly cut from large sized masters.
Cons: Spanish already available.

3) AWI British

Pros: Large number of brand new figures.
Cons: New range, large project that is possibly unsustainable.

4) AWI American

Pros: New
Cons: Large project that is possibly unsustainable

5) 7 YW Austrians

Pro: Continues 7YW range with Austrians, includes grenadiers, fusiliers and command, marching, action sets.
Cons: None.

1/32 Austrian Marching set has been cancelled

Due to not having enough support for the 1/32 Austrian Marching set within 30 days, it has been cancelled. All monies paid in have been fully refunded.

But we are not giving up! We are now taking ideas for any other set to be crowdfunded in 1/32 scale. What set would you like to see? Please post your suggestions here or e-mail it to us. Any set that we have masters for, present or past, can be suggested.

Cheers, HaT2

1/32 Marching Austrian set

A new 1/32 Marching Austrian set is being planned. The masters are already finished. We are planning to try this with crowdfunding. Here is the crowdfunding page:

If you want this to succeed, please:

1) support it with your pre-orders!
2) post this information on other 1/32 forums or new sites so others can see it and support it!

Thanks!

Will 2016 be a new beginning?

Hi Hatblogger,

These posts date from some years ago.
I was wondering if there will be a new start this year?

Thanks in advance for the updates,
Dirk
