One hundred years from now
It won't matter who you thought you were,
Who I thought you were,
How much money you had,
What kind of truck you drove,
How many cattle you had,
Or how many bulls you rode,
Nor who yer daddy was,
But it will matter if you knew Jesus.

Pics of a Georgia Girl...in Texas

My cousin came from Georgia on her spring break so that she could get some pictures in the Texas bluebonnets. She wants some for her Senior pics, but I think she doesn't graduate til 2013 so we may have to do more.{:)} We took over 400 pics in two days in four or five different places...so......here are several of those...... {I have really got to learn to taper down on the number of pics I take, it gets to be TOO many to sort through and choose from :)}

BSCC Playday #1

We went to the Boots-N-Saddles Cowboy Church Playday on Saturday 3.26.11. (#1 of 4) It was a long, hot day, but, the kids all had a lot of fun. We left the house at 800am and didn't return home til after 1100pm. Kyndall and her mom and dad went along with us too. All the kids did poles, straights, goat slapping, clover leaf, and speed race. They also did some ropin' and bull ridin' on thier own in between events. I took over 200 pics of Landon, Kylee, Kyndall, and Clancy so here are a few of the ones of Landon and Kylee.

Kylee....& Bluebonnets

When we picked Kylee up tonight we went straight home and changed clothes so I could get a few pics of her in some bluebonnets I had seen up the road earlier today. I took some of Landon earlier in the week in a small patch and want more, but he was asleep. I already warned her this wasn't the last of the bluebonnet pics, it's just the start of them. {:)} She will have to do more with Landon, and hopefully some with me and her daddy too.

Workin' Boys

We went to Mimi and Johnnie's on Wednesday so Clint could weld the top rail on their fence. Landon worked on the tractor and various other projects while they worked on the fence. I wandered around and took random pictures. Here are some pics of the guys working hard. {Landon was FILTHY by the end of the day}

Sweet Berry Farm

Landon and I went to Sweet Berry Farm in Marble Falls today. Aunt Yaya, Parker and Pierson joined us. We had a lot of fun, other than the wind that was blowing about 150 mph! The boys knew there were red ones and green ones, and they only needed to get the red ones. They were suprisingly gentle with them. I was afraid they would squish the berries, or yank up the whole plant. Now we need to decide what we are going to to with all the berries we picked today.

On our way home we stopped at Storms for a burger and fries (tater tots for the boys) and then went home with a full belly for a nap...a three hour nap! :)

Below are some of the pics from today....of course there are WAY more than this :)

Pierson really wanted to join in on the fun too!

(Landon's eyes are hidden in all the pics because he had to shove his hat way down to keep it on in that wind!)
