Where has the time gone?? Either we have been very busy or just lazy you be the judge!
Clayton and Cody played basket ball all spring, those boys have mad ball handling skills!! Clayton's team took 2nd in the league and Cody's team did very well but they don't rank them yet.
The day of the big basketball game was also Clayton's baseball tryouts, he did GREAT! Unfortunately he was put on a team with a couple of dads that were coaching for there first time and really new nothing about the game other then what they had seen on T.V. I think that next year I am going to be a coach.(ha ha ha) That being said they did good but not nearly as good as they could of if they had had more seasoned coaches. Cody last minute decided to play his little team did great. He had coaches that really made the the sport fun, almost too fun. It was Spring ball so to Cody it seemed like every game but 3 or so games did get rained out and you would of thought that the world was coming to an end. I hated to tell him I just got the text there is no game tonight. It was as if I could control the weather, boy oh boy was I in the dog house a lot. Cody was voted the MVP of his team!! He was such a little fire cracker on the bases. The coach said when ever Cody hits send him all the way around he is so quick they will throw the ball around the bases trying to catch him and he will always make it home, and he did!!

| ~MVP~ |
Casen was the MVP of his soccer team. I was the assistant coach, that was a lot of fun. I know NOTHING about soccer but I would try to be defensive and line the boys up in a manner that they would stop the other team. It usually worked! Casen is quite a little go getter. I was so impressed. We have encouraged him to play any sport he wants to, then he doesn't have to set and watch with me all the time. He always refuses to play any until soccer. The last time he played was when he was 3 and Aaron ran the field with him trying to get him to kick the ball or be a little aggressive. Well not anymore. Casen was so aggressive he was a little star! They won most of there game and got participation trophies it was fun!
Aaron was staying busy with softball. He coaches softball at the high school. Coaching at the high school is DEMANDING. He would get out of school and run right off to practice till 7 or so. They had games on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. It was hard juggling all there schedules. Clayton and Cody had games every Monday and Wednesday, then practices on Tuesday's, Thursday's and Saturday's. Not to mention scouts on Tuesday's. Casen had games Tuesday's, Thursday's and Saturdays they didn't practice during the week when they had 2 games. (Thank Goodness)
As for me I have been there Secretary and taxi. I have been gamed out. Although it was fun it is so nice to take a break. During all this I was overseeing the ISAT testing for our school, that is a job for 3 people. I loved every minute of it.

| Camping in May |
In May we went camping! First time for the season!! We camped in the snow....we dry camped in the South Hills our battery died on us so we had no heat. It has been a long time since I have ever done that. I didn't like it too much. I don't like going to areas I'm not fumular with.
School finally ended!! Summer has finally settled in!! Sarah came for a visit. Her and her kids came for a week. We had a lot of fun. We played, crafted, exercised and ran around. After all that fun we all took off back to Coeur d' Alene together where we played and enjoyed being with family. Aaron broke away from his resposibilities and came for the 4th of July. We went hiking!! After living in the yucky desert for the last 2 years we really miss the mountains trees and lakes. It was nice to get away! We all needed the break.
When we got home dad had set up the pool!! We have really enjoyed that! The boys can't spend enough time in it. It is a great incentive to get there chores done and some school work before heading out for the day.
Yes, Aaron is still coaching....summer softball. It's hard to admit he loves it. I on the other hand am counting down the games till we get him to ourselves...3 more games and 1 tournament, then we get to play as a family!! In my usual nut shell that's what's been going on in Lippy Land.
