Ice Storm!

The photo above is looking toward the neighbor's backyard. We had a lot of limbs down! We have a pile of limbs in the front yard that is taller than I am. It's sad to see the trees in such bad shape. My Hubby climbed the oak tree in our front yard with a chainsaw to trim it up. Thankfully, I didn't witness his adventure, it definitely would have freaked me out. We will have to hire a professional to trim up the tree tops.

Santa gave the both of the girls a tiara, and our boy a 4 wheeler ATV toy.

Turkey Day

Our newest baby cousin came to visit!

Fun and games!

O, the peaceful sleep of a turkey induced coma!

BIRTHDAY BOY!

This boy is CRAZY about cars and the color blue! I asked our boy if he would like a white or chocolate cake. He insisted on having a blueberry race car cake. I added blueberries to the white cake mix, it took me awhile to come up with a cake design. Our boy thought the best part was getting to keep the cars! It's fun to be 4!!!

She lost her first tooth!!!

Our 6 year old was sooooo excited to loose her 1st tooth on her brother's birthday!

Bonfire!

Our neighbors invited us over to their place to roast hot dogs & marshmallows. Turns out the fire was soooo hot that we couldn't even get close enough to cook our hot dogs. So they improvised & got out a shovel and scooped up some of the hot coals & carried them to a spot about 10 feet from the fire & we roasted our food over the coals.

The theme for our town festival this year was "The Circus Comes to Town." The kids dressed accordingly to walk our dog, Max, through the parade. There were about 30 contestants, our kids & dog won 10th Place!!! Some entries included 2 goats, 1 cat, 1 python, 1 duck, and a litter of puppies in a wagon. Our dog Max really wanted a piece of the duck and tried to take a nibble on the goat!

The Voters were right!!!

It's a GIRL!!! We can't wait to meet her in January. I'm curious to know who voted. I was the only one that voted for a boy ~ just to try and throw you off, but it didn't work! I was soooo sick with this pregnancy, that I had convinced myself that I was having a boy. My other girl pregnancies were much easier than this one has been. Rather than reassure me, my Dr., just said I was "getting older." Keep this "old lady" in your prayers !

Perfect Weather For A Bike Race!

120 Cyclists rode through our hometown.
The High School Band Played & the whole town came to watch & cheer!
We enjoyed the race & the candy thrown out by the team cars!
(Daddy works in the office building behind us on the right.)
The cyclists were sprinting when they came in and they zoomed by.
Their average speed was 28 mph.
They were going faster than that as they passed by us sprinting!
<Remember to vote in top right corner!!!>

It's a .................................!!!!

Really Flexible! This one might be a gymnast.
This baby is bent in half with it's feet above it's forehead
and enjoys doing somersaults late into the night!
What do you think? Boy or Girl?
Yes! This is our 5th! Due in January on Aunt Annie's Wedding Day.
We are hoping for an early, but healthy arrival.

Sticker Boy to the Rescue!!!

It's more fun to wear t-shirt stickers, than to put on an actual t-shirt. I took the picture from the waist up, apparently sticker boy gets his super powers by running around in the nude. The lower part of his body looked the same as the top, just bare skin & colorful stickers. Oh, to be 3 again..... Time to teach him another lesson on modesty! He keeps saying, "naked---I like to be naked!" Pre-School starts in a week, I hope this phase has run it's course by then!!!
