Scott, Tonya, and the 4 greatest kids!

Youth Conference is over, we've almost recovered, and it was a HUGE success. I can't believe how much work it was, and it was certainly a test of my faith. Up until the minute it started, I had no idea how it was all going to come together, but it did! The youth had a great experience and I was truly humbled. We have fabulous Stake Young Women's and Young Men's Presidencies--thank heavens--and they were super supportive and helpful. In the end it was worth the sleepless nights, the hours and hours and hours of work, tons of babysitting for my kiddos, and so much stress! The youth were great--they are amazing!!!

Just in time to get busy, busy, busy on Thanksgiving and Christmas! I can't believe next week is Thanksgiving--I think I say that every year! Lots to do, but lots of fun too.

In the middle of all of the YC craziness, Scott decided that he wants to run for State Assembly again. There are two other candidates who he will have to run against in the primary and definitely a dem. candidate. Talk about a ton of work! But he's given it a lot of thought and he really feels like it's the right thing to do. He's got some really good friends helping him which is a relief, but he's go a long road to June! Oh and yes he's also coaching basketball again this year. It's all good. I'm just so thankful that he has great jobs and that he really wants to do what he can politically.

It was a Happy Halloween. O. was so happy she could hardly stand it as she saw her bag grow full with candy. S. was so good and was just fascinated with the whole event. Of course, T. was like a crazy man with his friend trying to get as much candy as they could. It was nice not to have a stroller for the first time in 4 years. The kids had a blast and their pumpkins turned out really cute, too. I'll post those pictures later. I haven't been posting much because my life is consumed, with Youth Conference. If I survive, I'll catch you all up on our lives after the 15th!!!!
