I was talking to a girl at the Y and she said she freezes them whole and uses them later. Just core and freeze, Thaw under water and the skins slip off...guess that will be my project tomorrow, cross your fingers it doesn't freeze tonight. It is suppose to snow this week, so I am feeling the pressure of yard clean up.
