Jockey Shift

This is a hand shifter instead of using a foot shifter, aka Suicide Shift or Jockey Shift which is accompanied by a foot clutch. Rather than using the typical eight ball or queue ball for a shifter I used a Huge Socket Cap or Allen Head Bolt. This is a theme throughout the bike to use all Allen Head bolts for a cleaner look. Of course I used them on all of the parts that I fabricated myself but I will all also try to replace as many of the preexisting bolts as possible.

Exhuast

For the Exhaust I mapped out the bends with 3/4" PVC Pipe. I heated the PVC with a torch to make the bends. Then took them to a muffler shop and had them make the bends the best they could using 1 1/2" pipe. From there I had something to work with but I still had to do a ton of cutting and welding.

To give the pipes a vintage look it painted them with Duplicolor ceramic flat black 2000F Paint and wrapped them in copper header wrap also good up to 2000 degrees F.
