HERE COMES HALLOWEEN...

The porch is all decorated and ready for HALLOWEEN.  Mike, Rachel, Will and I all know what we are going to dress up as but Jake and Sadie are still undecided. Only 14 days until HALLOWEEN :)

OLYMPUS vs SKYLINE

Olympus played Skyline last Friday night on Olympus' home field.  It was a super rainy game but it didn't keep the fans away.  All of our kids went to the game and Mike and I walked down and watched the last quarter.  After the game Rachel had this picture taken with Taylor Ellis one of her really good friends in the neighborhood.  I just had to put it on the blog because it just shows how much fun she is having in High School and loving to be involved in school and all the fun that comes with it.  Ahhh I so remember those games on Friday nights under the lights.  What GOOD times!  OH and YES, Olympus won so they once again get to keep the rock :) WAY TO GO TITANS!

FALL SPORTS

Fall sports are in FULL SWING.  I had to blog a few snapshots to document the craziness that fall brings.  It sure is fun watching the kids play sports but it can make for some CRAZY Saturdays.

FALL LEAVES and FOOTBALL

A few weeks ago we took a Sunday drive up to Brighton and along Guardsman Pass down through Park City.  The leaves were absolutely breathtaking.  We decided to stop in Deer Valley and walk around.  Jake brought the football so Mike and the kids had a great time playing football while I took pictures.  I just love Sundays like this.  It is so great to see the kids interact together and have fun spending time with each other.  We are so lucky that they all love each other and still want to be together as a family.  We have THE BEST teenagers and kids in the WORLD! I sure Love being their mom...Mike included :)

CROSS COUNTRY

Jake just finished his Cross Country season.  He had a great time running in the meets.  He did really well.  The meets ranged from 1.25 - 1.5 miles. In his 5 meets he took 2nd (out of 145), 3rd (out of 100), 3rd (out of 90), 9th (out of 100) and 21st (out of 100 in region).  We were super proud of him for sticking it out since he was pretty tired having football practice each day after his meets.  He is definitely a natural runner.  Way to stick with it Jake!
