6 Deans + a Dog

 Ruthie called me today and asked if I wanted to drive up to Brighton ski resort and have lunch and look at the leaves.  Although most of the leaves have changed and were already starting to fall off the trees, we still got to see some pretty ones.  It was fun to eat up at The Store Cafe at Brighton.  Thanks Ruthie for the fun afternoon.  I love you! xoxo

 

 Rachel had the Homecoming dance last Saturday night.  It is so weird to think that this is her last homecoming :(  Time is going to quick and I just want it to slow down.  She went with Taylor Ellis.  She had such a great time.  It is always fun to go with someone you like :)  Friday night was the Homecoming game.  Olympus killed Murray so that was a great start to a fun weekend.  For their day date they went paint balling and at night they went to dinner at Brio, the dance, Karaoke Cafe and then to someones house to watch a movie.  It was another successful, fun dance :)

 They met at someones house to take pictures before the dance.  Although these pictures are blurry I still wanted to put them on the blog :)

 The first Monday in October we went and picked our pumpkins together as a family.  This is a fun tradition that I always look forward to.  It is fun for everyone to pick the perfect pumpkin and then browse the Halloween aisle.  Of course we have to pick the perfect treat to eat when we get home or it just wouldn't be a successful trip :)

 

 The weekend I went to Vegas this year was over conference.  Although I was sad to miss watching conference and hangout with my family, I was sure glad to see they still went up Milcreek canyon with the Nelson family and made breakfast.  We have been doing that for as long as I can remember.  Ahhh I LOVE MY FAMILY :)  Everyone was there except Me, Troy, Mel and her family.  Yeehaw next Fall Conference they will be living in Logan... SO CLOSE :)  We can hardly wait!!!

  We had another great trip this year to Las Vegas with some of the girls in our neighborhood.  We mostly relaxed by the pool and played cards.  My kind of trip.  I just LOVE, LOVE all my friends in our ward.  This year there were 8 of us that went.  As always we missed those that couldn't make it.  At least there is always next year :)
