6 Deans + a Dog

 Will has been doing a golf camp this week at Mick Riley Golf Course with my 2 nephews Adam and James and Adam's friend Jon.  It is Mon-Thurs from 10:00-2:00.  They get instruction the first 2 hrs, eat lunch and then golf a round of golf for the last 1 1/2 hours.  He said it is fun and he has learned a lot.  Watch out Tiger Woods :)

 So Exciting!!! Rachel and Annie left this week for their 18 day Humanitarian trip to Tonga!  They went with HEFY and will be building homes and putting in toilets. What a trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to hear all about it when you guys get back!

Happy Father's Day!! Mike is such a great dad.  Our kids are so lucky to have such a hands on dad.  Mike LOVES to hangout with our kids and pretend he is still a teenager :) Because he is so fun to be around our kids LOVE to spend time with him.   I am so grateful to have married such a patient, easy going, hardworking, fun, handsome, spiritual and is 100% committed to his family!! Thanks babe for being the leader of our home and teaching us all about LOVE and SERVICE :)

We served Mike scrambled eggs, a sweetroll, fruit and juice for breakfast!  We went to my parents for dinner (I am so lucky to have such a great dad.  He is such a great example to our kids.  We love him very much :)  We went to Judy and Roger's for dessert (Mike has learned how to be a great dad from his dads great example. We love him very much :)

 For Mike's gifts he golfed the Saturday before Father's day in Park City with Roger and John, he ordered a new bike outfit, some of his favorite candy and gum and a gift card to taco bell :)

 Our ward had a flag day breakfast and parade last Saturday June 14th.  Sadie had fun decorating her bike and riding in the parade :)

 

 Rachel went to Newport Beach for her senior trip.  They stayed in a house with some of her guy friends.  There were 10 girls upstairs and 16 boys downstairs.  She said it was so fun to be so close to the boys.  They had so much fun hanging out and staying awake most of the night :)  She said at night most kids from Olympus, Skyline and East went and hung out at the pier together.  It is hard to believe that a trip planned for 8 months has now come and gone :(

GOOD TIMES!!!

 Some of the Nelson family (Brett, Alex, 4Murdocks, Ruthie, Robert and 5Deans) went up to the cabin the first weekend school was out.  It was great fun playing games, watching movies, riding 4 wheelers and as always eating lots of junk food :)  We sure have missed the cabin.  I hope we get to spend as much time as we can there this summer!!

 

 We celebrated Rachel's birthday a few days before her actual day.  She left for Newport Beach on her birthday so we had the grandparents over last Sunday and she opened her gifts from us the day of her Graduation.  We hope you had a great birthday with your friends traveling to Newport Beach :)  We can't believe you are "18".  We are so excited to see what fun things this next year will bring you.  Keep being the great girl you are.  You make us proud everyday :)  We love you Rachel Elizabeth :)
