6 Deans + a Dog

Sadie has been playing on a Jr. Jazz basketball team with some of her school friends this winter.  She has really enjoyed it!  It has been fun to see her get so into it and be aggressive.  She has done really well and even scored some baskets :)  Way to go Sadie!!

Jake got invited to go on the Olympus Dance Company group date.  The Dance Company officers pick dates for the dancers and they don't find out until 15 minutes before they pick them up who their date will be.  Jake went with Sarah Jane Neff.  He is good friends with her so he was excited to go.  They ate dinner at City Creek and did a scavenger hunt and after went to the Dance Company presidents house and hung out.  He said it was a lot of fun! We sure love Sarah Jane!

We had a lot of fun skiing together as a family on Martin Luther King day!  We skied the Canyon side and than at 2:00 took the gondola to Park City side and ate lunch. After lunch the boys hooked up with their friends and Me, Mike and Sadie took the gondola back to Canyons to get our car.  It was fun spending time with our kids.  We sure missed Rachel though!  This 5deans stuff sure isn't as much fun as 6deans! :(

Sadie had a great "12th" birthday!  She had an ice skating and pizza party with her friends, Sunday dinner with the grandparents, dinner with the family at Outback Steakhouse and on her actual BIRTHDAY Mike and I took her to lunch at Cafe Rio and than that night she was welcomed into YW at New Beginnings!  We sure love you Sadie and are so glad you are in our family!! :)
