The Gull Family

We have had such a great time getting ready for Alex to leave on his mission. The kids will miss him so much. Life has been very good for us. The kids are getting so big and gettin ready for the summer. I love summertime. The plan is to keep the kids super busy so they do not get bored. We are staying around here for the summer and doing some activities locally. Kerstin made the Maple Mountain Drill team and will be busy with practices and camps. Jordan is going to Shadow Mountain Summer Camp for a few days. Kassidy is running for Little Miss Spanish Fork, and Jadon is practicing his golfing skills because we are banking on him for our retirement. I am playing softball and working on getting licensed to sell Insurance. Aaron is golfing alot and working very hard. Life is moving along. I will try and keep up on this blogging.

We had a great Father's day yesterdy with the family. Our day started out with Aaron and I both giving Talks in church. It was not so bad..Aaron's father came to our ward. I was so nervous to speak but after it was done all went well. Aaron gave a great talk and the spirit was so strong. I had so many thoughts of my father and miss him so much. We had a Dutch Oven cook out in the canyon after church. It was so nice to see all the cousins, aunts and uncles,and family that came to make it a great day. We don not all get together that much..so it was alot of fun seeing them. Jadon was so tired when he got home...He slept all night and took a long nap this morning. We have had a great summer so far. The kids are enjoying themselves, except for the chores.....They hate that. Our next big event is when my mom and Fred come to visit. I love it when they come see me. I will update later when there is more to share. Life is great.....

Two more days until summer break!!!!This is a Pic of Aaron,Grandpa, Jadon, and Kassidy at her end of year program. She was so cute and did such a great job. Jordan has his program tomorrow and then we are through this busy week. Kassidy will go into 3rd grade, Jordan into 5th, and Kerstin into 9th grade. The time goes by so fast. Jadon is 4 1/2 months old already. What a great joy he is in my life. Aaron and I cannot imagine life without him. I love the summer and cannot wait to spend some fun times with my babies. All is well with us and I will update as the summer progressess..

I decided to keep up on my blogging and less facebooking. There is not that much happening in our lives lately. We are anticipating summer just as everyone else. The kids are so ready for school to be out. Aaron is doing great in his work and we are very thankful.
I am getting used to new baby motherhood again and loving this opportunity to have another baby. He is so much fun and I love him so much. His smile melts my heart and I feel so much joy with him. Kerstin is getting so big and mature. She has been in dance competitions this whole last month. I am so proud of her and all the work she has put into her passion for dance. I was a proud mommy watching her dance her solo. She was amazing and has come in first or second in all her competitions. Jordan is growing up so fast and is my little lover. He shot his first turkey this year. It was such an exciting time with his dad. I was so proud of him and he had such a great time hunting with his grandpa and Aaron. Kassidy is full of energy and loves having a baby brother. She bounces through the house singing all the time. She will start gymnastics again in the fall. I am finished with classes for the summer..what a relief. It will be nice to relax this summer with my kids. So, this is life for us so far this year...I will be better at posting..
