Makenna took her first bath in the big tub tonight. I had been laying her on the counter and giving her a bath out of the bathroom sink, but she moves so much now I can hardly get her cleaned up without her trying to roll off the counter or into the sink. She love love loved the tub.

Makenna's new trick is to bite on to the spoon and just smile at you. She's such a messy eater.

I walked in to check on Makenna this morning and this is what I found. A little one peeking out wondering when I was going to come in to get her. She looked so adorable.

Makenna had her 6 month check-up yesterday. It went great except for that mean ole nurse again giving her shots. She had to have 3 this go around, which made her very unhappy. She now weighs 16 lb 12 oz and is 26 1/2 inches long. Its amazing how much she has grown.

Makenna got her first cold this past week. She has had a runny nose, cough, and goo in her one eye. Luckily, she has been in a good mood through it all. She's a trooper.

Little Miss Makenna has started to get the hang of holding her bottle. You can see in the first picture, she dropped the bottle, but her hands are still up like she is holding it. Silly girl. Makenna turned 6 months this week. It's so hard to believe how fast these 6 months have gone.

I got Makenna some more adorable Air Jordan outfits. This one was so darn cute I couldn't say no.

I am getting Makenna started early on her basketball skills. At this point she would much rather eat the basketball.
