I know this was from a while ago, but I finally got pictures from Easter morning posted.

I made a stop at Walgreen this morning and got one heck of a deal.

I got all of this valued around $45.00 all for.........

but actually got back $6.00 in register rewards, so I actually MADE $2.61 buying all this stuff.

The funny thing is they didn't have the Gillette body wash at the Rantoul Walgreens, but the one on Neil St. in Champaign did, so they drove the body wash to the Rantoul store. Ryan got a kick out of that one. They spent the gas to bring it all the way to Rantoul and they paid me to take it out of the store. Ryan's quote "We're sure going to smell good." Love my hubby!

Our weekend started with shopping for some new ceiling fans and a new faucet for the sink, but ended in some unexpected purchases. My sweet husband has officially earned a new name...Tim The Toolman Taylor. Ryan was putting up our new ceiling fan in the bedroom and was using the bed as his ladder. He went to step down off the bed and landed on something thinking it was one of the girls and lost his balance. The next thing I know he falls back into the dresser shattering the mirror and falling off to the side. Thankfully he didn't land in front of the dresser because he would of been crushed by our gigantic tv that came crashing down after his tumble into the dresser. Holy Cow! Ashlyn and I were sitting on the bed and watched this all take place. Makenna thankfully was in her bedroom playing and when she heard all the banging and clanging she came in running to see what in the world just happened. So our weekend ended up being super duper expensive because not only did we get 2 new ceiling fans and a faucet, but we added a new mirror for the dresser, plus a brand new LG tv mounted to the wall. At the time this was not a bit funny, but now Ryan and I have had some good laughs about it.

Surprisingly the tv actually still works, but Ryan and I decided after this little episode we wanted a tv on the wall so this would never happen again. Ryan's been wanting a new tv for the living room, but I've told him not until the one we have now quits working. I warned him to not crash into that one as well just so he can get his new tv.

We had a nice family outing at Uncle Kevin's house Eater weekend. Lisa had coloring sheets for the kids, bunny hats, a wonderful dinner, and the final project was coloring Easter eggs. We had a great time.

I'm going to completely get out of order here and show some pictures that I took today with my NEW camera. My fabulous hubby and kiddos got me a brand new Nikon D3100 camera today for Mother's Day. WAHHOOOOOOOOO!! Talk about excited. I took pictures nonstop today and every time I took a picture I would laugh, smile, jump up and down and squeal with excitement how much I LOVED my new camera. Ryan on several occasions today was laughing and looking at me like I'd lost my mind. I took 100+ pictures today and can't wait to keep snapping away. Thanks SO much Ryan, Kenna and Ashlyn. Love You All To The Moon And Back!

Makenna had her 3 year check-up a few weeks ago. For this appointment they had her put on a gown, which was a trip. She didn't want to put it on at first, but eventually agreed to after a little talk. In the next picture I asked Makenna to strike a pose and this is what she did. Nice! What a stinker!

We all got to watch Ryan out on the court this year for the annual basketball tournament of area schools. Go Armstrong!
