Anytime Andrew walks in the room Elliot immediately smiles and laughs. Tonight he just started laughing hysterically at Andrew. We weren't able to get the camera out in time to catch the uncontrollable laughter, but we did catch the tail end of his laughing fit.

Andrew's Version of Letting Elliot Cry It Out...
So we've been trying to get Elliot to the point where he can put himself to sleep. Today I was trying to follow the "cry it out routine"....go in a every few minutes, put binki back in mouth, pat booty, and exit room. Low and behold Elliot kept crying so Andrew went in to do what I assumed was follow the "cry it out routine". I was amazed to hear the crying stop just moments after Andrew went in to Elliot's room. I applauded his fatherly talent as he passed by the den only to discover a few minutes later what you see below.....
Yep, Andrew went in and put on a movie for Elliot to watch on the mini DVD player. A Few of Elliot's Favorite Things....
Elliot loves watching TV (specifically So You Think You Can Dance), elephants, reading books, balloons, rice cereal, and throwing up on people!Weekend Trip to Manastash
Last weekend Andrew, Elliot, Luke and I all went to Manastash to check out the ORV possibilities. We stayed in Cle Elum on Friday night, and then went riding on Saturday. Besides the bugs, we loved our new 4-wheeling destination! After a hard day of riding, we went back to Cle Elum to play in the river.

Summer 2010
I guess I thought that having a baby would cause us to spend more time at home and slow down a bit, but it hasn't taken me long to realize I was very wrong. Being married to Andrew means you are constantly on the go! It's crazy to think that in Elliot's short life he has already been on an airplane, boating, camping, off-roading, rock climbing, 4-wheeling...the list goes on and on. I guess that is just what happens when Andrew is your dad. Here are a few pics of our summer adventures so far...
