Phew, what a month! There have been a lot of changes in the Moulton household. Here is the recap....
* We sold our condo and moved into a rental home in Redmond Ridge. We are LOVING being in a house and can't get over how great it is to have more space. We have two separate one car garages (one for Andrew's unnecessary garage sale finds and one that we converted into a playroom for the boys), a backyard, and a beautiful view from our master bedroom. I'm in heaven.
* I think I am losing my memory. Just today on my way to school I realized I was in charge of treats for the PTSA meeting that was starting in 15 minutes, I missed an IEP meeting that I was supposed to be at 30 minutes prior, and I called at least 3 kids the wrong names.
Elliot
* He had his last day of Kindering preschool on Thursday. Because he is turning 3, they now transfer all of his services to the school district. I was so sad to say goodbye to all of the amazing teachers, therapists, and staff members that have helped Elliot progress to where he is today. His preschool teacher and our family therapist that has been helping us for the past year came over for a home visit yesterday. Elliot was so excited to show them his new house. I don't think he quite understands that his time to flirt with teacher Dawn is coming to an end.
* Elliot visited his new preschool today, and he seemed to really like it. I came with him to help with the transition. We have been talking a lot about his new school and how he is going to ride the bus. He asked if I got to ride along with him and I told him school buses were only for kids and their friends. When we were leaving after our visit today, he saw the buses and told me I needed to leave and that he was riding the bus home. Hopefully he shows the same excitement on his first official day of school!
* He still loves riding his bike and is getting a little to good at it. He loves to go off jumps and is so fast it is scary. The other day we went on a family walk and he rode his bike for about two and a half miles straight!
* He still loves "Trapis Pastrana".
* He is having a "Wego" birthday party this week with all of his friends at our new house. He couldn't be more excited.
Oliver
* He no longer walks, he just runs.
* He wants to do everything Elliot does. He thinks he is a big kid now.
* He loves to dance. Anytime he hears music, he can't help but break it down.
* He loves to ride his trike and demands having his helmet put on anytime we go into the garage.
* He loves being outside just like his big brother.
* He has the craziest hair. He looks like a mad scientist every time he wakes up from a nap. I should probably give him a haircut....
*Disclaimer...I'm posting from the Moulton Lodge in Easton so I will add pictures when we are back home. I wont say I promise, but I'll try and remember.
