What a funny kid!

Lunchtime is a really funny time for us. On this particular day Logan decided to put peas in his mouth and spit them out- he really had those peas flying through the air! Luckily, Samy (the dog) was there to eat all the flying peas.

streptococcus

Bad News! Jared and I have Strep Throat and if we've been around you, I'm sorry and go get yourself checked out. Symptoms: Red and white patches in the throat, difficulty swallowing, tender or swollen lymph nodes in the neck, red and enlarged tonsils, headache, lower stomach pain, fever, general discomfort, uneasiness, or ill feeling, loss of appetite and nausea, rash. (I have NOT enjoyed January so far!)

Can I just complain for a minute?

Logan has been sick for awhile now. The first few days Logan had some awful virus/rash and then a cold and now he has Croup and childhood Laryngitis. It's HORRIBLE! He'll get better for a day and then the next day he's worse! Now the doctor informs us that Logan will have croup for at least a week. I don't know how my parents did it with four kids or Jared's parents with six kids!! It sure would be nice if I could just stay home...maybe someday. Those of you who get to stay home with your children, count your blessings. Ü
