CrAzY "Daze"

In the past 30 minutes...
Reeve takes Belle's cup of milk and runs into the family room and chucks it. We have a little carpet cleaning machine. So I pulled it out and clean up the mess. I pick up Barnes and he spit up all over. I took him and washed him up and put clean clothes on him. Walk out to the family room and he spits up all over me him and the carpet again. I get everything cleaned up and wash Barnes. I lay him on my bed to dress him and he pee's and poop's all over my bed and himself. (where was I on that one? I should have know to have something under him.) He is now dressed again in the last clean outfit he has, and I am in my last pair of sweats and hoodie, (thats all that fits now) because I am so behind on laundry. And I am grateful to be laughing! I think I better go have another Pepsi.

Sweet Barnes

Oh what a handsome baby! We just can't get enough of him. We have been really lucky to have 3 really good babies. Barnes is such a sweet boy. The only peep you ever hear out of him is when he is hungry.I hold him as much as possible because I know he is going to grow up way too fast! He is just too much fun. Belle still adores him and gives him plenty of hugs and kisses. Reeve is even interested every now and then. He will hold his arms out and hold the baby, for a few seconds.
After my parents left Aaron's came to visit. We had a good time. The kids have been spoiled and loved by grandparents for the past few weeks and we have really appreciated everyone's help! Wed. was our fist day on our own. Things went pretty well. The kids were exhausted and took good naps this week. Things have settled down and we are getting into the swing of things. I really wish this newborn time didn't go so fast. It is so precious!

Tagged!

Ok, I was tagged. I will keep it short so I can put up some more pictures of the cute baby!

I was on my mission in New Jersey. I was in my first area Washington NJ. I was with my trainer Stacie Woodward. She is still a really close friend to this day. We had so much fun together. We only served together for 2 months. Washington was kind of a country area. I didn't end up in the ghetto for another few months. I had some of my greatest experiences in this area with this companion. I could go on and on. I don't know how many of you care to hear mission stories. So I will leave it at this. Good memories!

THINGS ON MY TO DO LIST

That depends on short term list or long term. I have three baskets full of laundry to do. Our house looks like a tornado went through it. So I have a bunch of things that need done. Long term I need to drop some serious weight. I got what the doctors call "a little bit of a weight problem."

SNACKS I ENJOY

Oh gosh, where does a girl start. I am really enjoying the chocolate banana cream pie that is in the fridge! I really love an ice cold Pepsi! However, due to the weight situation I drink diet, not near as tasty. I love chips, Doritos, Salt and Vinegar. And have you ever tasted those chocolate Dunsford donuts from Costco?

WHAT WOULD I DO IF I WERE SUDDENLY A BILLIONAiRE

Give it all away, just kidding. I would pay off the house and car. Then I would make sure there was enough tucked away for the kids college funds, missions, and weddings. I would invest a good portion of it. I would get a vacation home somewhere on an island Probably Kauai. I would also hire Alice from the Brady Bunch. I would buy a new wardrobe. And yes I would give some of it away. I would give it to a charity I don't know what one.

3 BAD HABITS

1)I pick the skin on my lips and bite my cheeks when I am in deep thought or nervous.
2)I am really a germ-a-phobe, and think everyone else should be too! 3)I am addicted to chapstick. I have one in the car, closet, every purse or diaper bag.

5 PLACES I HAVE LIVED

American Fork, Provo, Salt Lake, New Jersey, Nibley

5 JOBS I HAVE HAD

Western Watts, KFC, Costco this is it. Although I had many different jobs at Costco (bakery, cashier, sales, supervisor, HR/payroll, and a few others).

5 THINGS PEOPLE DON'T KNOW ABOUT ME

1)Once I was at a summer camp called Clear Creek. There were community showers. We were all really nervous about this. I was so frazzled that I went to get in and chucked my towel and slipped in some water, fell on my back and slid naked all the way past the showers. 2)Leanne will like this, I was also voted class clown 3)My kids full names all have some sort of family connection. 4)I fell asleep in a tanning bed once and they had to pound on the door to wake me up and get me out. 5) My slip recently fell around my ankles when I was doing sharing time in Primary.

I TAG TAMI, MELINDA, KELLY, AND EMILY

FrOm ThE MoUtH Of BeLLe

I keep a journal for each of the kids and write down all the funny things they do and say. In the scrapbook I made for Belle last year I made a section called "From the Mouth of Belle" I put all of these funny things into her book. I decided I should share some of them with you when they happen.

Today I was doing Belle's hair. She always talks about how she wants to be a mom. She was trying to figure out what I would be if she was a mom. I told her I would be the grandma. She said "um, no, you can be the housekeeper" I told her I already have that job. I think she watches too much Brady Bunch. She loves that show and thinks it's normal to have an "Alice" only at our house I am Alice. Pretty funny.

The blanket that Belle made

While I was in the hospital Belle came across some fabric scraps and decided to make a blanket for the baby. My mom was here with her. She said Belle stuck a ton of pins in it and then decided they would poke the baby. So she decided it would be a better idea to tape it together, and she did. So my mom pulled out the sewing machine and helped her sew it together. Then she decided that she wanted to add the ribbon, fur, and bow. We got home and it was rolled up with a bow around it. She was so excited to give it to Barnes. What a cute blanket.

Who is who?

We have found that our kids are straight out of the same mold. People always tell us how they all look alike. So we put together a picture of each of them to see the similarities. Below is the comparison. Can you guess which one is Belle, Reeve, and Barnes? We will put the answer below the picture so don't scroll too low if you don't want to see the answer.

Answer: Reeve, Barnes, Belle

Barnes Harrison Quiggle

I was supposed to be induced on Monday, only we didn't make it that far. We went to bed Sunday night and woke up at 1:00 am with bad "cramps". Aaron gave me a massage and then went to start me a warm bath. I told him forget it we are heading to the hospital. Luckily my parents were here. We threw a couple things in a suitcase and jumped in the car. Aaron's favorite part of the ride was the two red lights he ran. We made it there by 2:30 and things went really well. Barnes was born at 8:36 am. At that point he didn't have a name. Belle's name is my maiden name, and Reeve is a combo of his grandpa's names Richard and Steve. So we thought it would be fun to stick to the family names. Barnes is my great grandpa's name. We found Harrison as a last name in some of Aaron's family history, and my mom's maiden name is Harris. Aaron also thought that it sounded very studious. Both of us really love both names.

He is such a sweet boy! We can't get enough of him. Belle loves holding him and wants to help however she can. She has been such a good big sister. Now that we are home Reeve is taking more of an interest. He comes running when he hears the baby cry. We are having such a fun time. Barnes is such a blessing. We are feeling very blessed right now. I really can't get enough of him. He is not going to get put down much at all!
