Life With Our Little Ladies

Abby and Ella had their Color Run at school and it was a definite highlight of their weekend!

Abby couldn't get enough color and was one of the kids who let the teachers dump the remaining color powder all over her.

Uncle Brad, Aunt Alex and Johnny came to visit in October. They were able to see Ella's last soccer game. Johnny and Juliet shared all the family secrets on the sidelines.


After some naps, we played in the backyard and carved pumpkins. It was so much fun to have them here!

We finished up soccer at the end of October. Ella loved playing and is looking forward to joining a team again in the spring.


Grandma came for the day to spend the morning at the girls' school for Grandparent's Day. She sat with the girls during chapel and then visited both classrooms for special activities. The girls felt extra special having Grandma with them for the morning.

We loaded up the car and headed to the orchard for some apples and pumpkins!






Mama is a serious fruit picker. She picks with purpose and fills one bag before the four of us even get halfway through the bag we are sharing! :) I have the best memories of going fruit picking as a kid with my Nagymama and Nagypapa. It makes it that much sweeter to have her here with us.













A trip to the orchard wouldn't feel complete without some cider donuts!



Cookies, milk and Wheel of Fortune with Uncle Tommy


When they Facetimed with Grammy, Juliet heard Grammy's voice from across the room, ran over and threw herself in front of everyone, so she could have a turn!


Locked out of Papa's house and hanging outside under my favorite tree until everyone got home!


We visited with Uncle Cory and his girlfriend, Bella, at one of our favorite bakeries.


Juliet is my faithful grocery helper. As soon as I drop the bags, she unloads every single thing until the bags are completely empty.


Abby  is all ready to go to work complete with her own travel mug of coffee! 😉 She then went downstairs to play school for the entire afternoon.










All three girls are ready for school. Juliet paces and talks about seeing Ms. D until we pull up to the school. For the first couple of weeks, she would cry when we dropped her off, but now she hardly looks back to say goodbye!


Not time to leave until she finishes her morning smoothie.


Lots of things change in two years...some things do not.


When soccer practice is at dinner time and Nagymama sends you with your own baggie of her famous (GF) fried chicken. Some people have water breaks. Ella has chicken breaks.
