He is here!!

Sorry it has been so long but our precious baby is finally here! He is now 2 weeks old and the cutest baby I have ever seen! It was a long road to get here but worth every minute. After being in labor for 24 hours and thinking he was never going to come, I started to get discouraged but on July 11th at 7:45 Easton Jake Heywood was born c-section. He weighed 8 lbs 9 oz and was 19 and 1/2 inches long. He has been such a great baby! I have finally felt like I am recovering and I think I am finally starting to get the whole breast feeding down. I love being a mom and becoming a mom has made me appreciate my own mother so much more. I never thought I could love someone so much he has made our life so worth while. Sheldon and I love being parents and couldnt be happier. Now Easton is 2 weeks old and is 9lbs 7oz and 21 and 3/4 inches!! He is growing so fast! He has been so great and our family wouldn't be complete without him! Here are some pictures of our sweet baby enjoy!

He was so mad when he came out!

He was so big I don't know how he fit in me! We think he got his big hands from his Papa John.
First moments with his Daddy.
I don't think there is anything sweeter, Sheldon falling in love with Easton and Easton falling in love with his daddy.
This is one of my favorites, He is stylin even in the hospital! :)
Easton loves to look at Sheldon and loves when he sings to him.
2 days of being home and he can already hold his binky!
Isn't he so sweet!
Cutest buns i have ever seen!
I don't think babies come any cuter!
He has some of the chubbiest cheeks i have ever seen!

Isn't it time?

Dear Easton,
Please come out today! Mommy and Daddy can't wait to meet you. We are getting really anxious and don't think we can wait one more day! We have everything ready for you! Your room is decorated, your bed is made, your cute clothes are waiting for you to try them on. Everyone wants to see you. So please, please, please be obidient and come say hello. I have done everything I can to help you along. I went on a long walk last night and this morning to get things started but still nothing. I know you are comfy in my tummy but you are getting to big and you can't stay in there forever. I am getting induced tomorrow but I would much perfer you to come on your own. :) Here are pictures of your room, I know you will love it in there! I promise to take good care of you! You don't have anything to worry about so don't be scared! I love you so much and I know you will be a good boy and listen.
Love,
Mommy

Still Pregnant

Mandi this picture is for you. :) I haven't really liked taking pictures of myself while being pregnant for 2 reasons. 1. I feel fat and 2. I have my braces still so I feel like I look like I'm a pregnant teenager. But by special request of my lovely sister I decided I would put one picture of myself up. I know it doesn't look like it in this picture but I promise I am very Happy to be pregnant and I can't wait to be a mom. He should be coming anyday and we are hoping sooner than later! Sheldon's family has been out of town and just got back yesterday so Sheldon told Easton he has the green light and he can come out now. :) (we didn't want grandma to miss the birth of her first grandson)<

What Child Is This?

Sorry this is a little blurry its a ultrasound picture of our little Easton back in March. His little profile is so sweet. :) (i took a picture of a picture so i hope you can make it out)

Now this is the ultrasound picture taken about 2 weeks ago. Is this the same child? Ha Ha he is getting so big it was hard to see all of him. But this is also a profile shot and man look at those lips. When Sheldon and I were looking at this we could not believe our eyes! But don't worry his lips won't really be that big the ultrasound tech. said that his face was angled a little different so its not the complete side view of his face. Thats why his lips look so big. We thought it was pretty funny though.
