My sweet chubs woke up this morning with a cold in his right eye. You know when their eye fills up with green goobies and is almost closed shut. Well lucky it wasn't closed shut but I did have to clean that sucker out good. I tried to call the Dr. to see what would be the best thing for my little guy and of coarse you can never get ahold of those silly Doctors to ask simple questions. So I was on the phone with my beautiful sister Mandi (who is on her way into town as we speak!! so excited feels like Christmas!) and I was telling her about chubs condition. She told me you don't need medicine. Squirt your milk in his eye. I was like ya I think I heard you say that before. (she has a story quite funny of a similar experience) She said get alot in there and kind of rub it. Good thing babies don't really remember things that happen this early in their lives. Otherwise this could have been quite the traumatic experience! So I followed her advice. I tried to squirt his favorite ninny dinner in his big baby blues. He didn't even fuss he just kind of layed there and looked up at me with a smile. (he does that alot,after all mommy is his favorite!) And I'm not even kidding it looked better after 5 min. no joke! So by tomorrow his eye will be back to normal. So moral of the story is: you better believe I would do anything to help my sweet chubs be happy and healthy. Even if it means I have to squirt some of my liquid gold in his beautiful blue eye!!! Liquid gold you ask? Yes you read right. Nursing milk is liquid gold. You see it serves so many purposes it nourishes your child and makes them get nice and chunky while also curing any disease. So I have changed my attitude towards these gifts from heaven. (I wasn't quite fond of how large the ladies grew and stretched to make room for that liquid gold but you see my kid is a chub and requires lots and lots of milk so I guess the more the merrier! Literally.)

As I was doing blasted laundry one day (i hate doing laundry!!!) I left the room to do another load and when I cam back to the room to my surprise my sweet baby was playing with this! Uh oh am I in for some trouble. Should I be worried? Easton this is not even your size.

Yes that sweet poem is written by my beautiful sister Niki, who has quite a way with words. She gave this poem to me before my sweet little one was born, and it is expresses my feelings quite perfectly in fact. My little Easton boy is 6 months old. Yes, that's what I said 6 MONTHS!! Can you believe it?? I can't, it all went by way to fast. And although I love his sweet personality that only gets cuter every day, I am also sad that my baby has to get older. Can't he just stay little forever? I don't even want to think about the day he will leave me so on a lighter note, lets look back on the cute pictures of my sweet chubs.
