Fall in Love
I fell in love with Amber Koh Ying Qing!
If you are reading this, I really love you and need you to be in my life! 😀
Love you always!
End of 2013
Conclusion of Year 2013:
I am police officer in Tanglin DHQ officially! It is eye-opening to be in the front-line, because this job is demanding. Member of public are never kind to any civil servants because they have the mentality that they are paying our salary.
Upon graduation, I found a job as an account executive.
What I didn’t foreseen is that I will be leaving my first permanent job within two months. It has been a painful experience working under a senior accountant that is barking at you all day/night, and leaving you in the office till late everyday (I have to be in office on Saturday/ Sunday to clear my backlog too) Of course, there are still awesome colleagues around (ie: Faith, Ryan) and I had learn alot from them!
After my resignation, I wasn’t in a mood to celebrate any occasion. I had to attend RT, look for a new job & study for my exam. Everything didn’t went well and I failed my exam.
Things start to pick up slightly because I managed to secure a new job before my in-camp training. A lot of my friends think that I am lucky to look for another job within such a short period which I agree. Able to secure another job within a month requires a certain amount of luck. Passed my IPPT and didn’t have to attend any more RT!
I hope that 2014 will be better!
Graduation
The time spend throughout my 3 years in SIM-UOL was a challenge .
I do have friends in school but none of them are pursuing Accounting and Finance. Therefore, anything that I didn’t understand I had to put in extra effort to understand them. Most of the time I am unable to solve my problem due to lack of foundation. It would be an added bonus if my friends could have helped me and discussion was taken place but it was never the case.
Of course, I would like to thanks my parents for supporting me throughout the years. Without them, I wouldn’t had made it this far.
Over!
My exams are offically over!
WOOOAH! I had done my best even through I did pretty badly. Never mind, there is always time to make up for all these mistakes. 060611 will be my first reservice with all the mortar boys! I can’t wait that to happen like right now. There are going to be lot of laughter and ka-jiao-wei time in bunk again.
This blog have been serving me for almost 2 years already! I will still keep you around as long as possible. You have been a great contribution to me (Example: Recalling all those happy memories which are forgotten) .
This coming hoilday I would like to do certain stuff! I will not disclose them here, but I will update it here when it is done! Â (:
P/S: I love this blog for some unknown reason!
2011
Hello everybody, I doubt anyone is reading this blog anymore since I haven’t been updating it for months.
2011 has been great so far. Prelim are approaching and I still haven’t been revising enough to secure me a ‘pass’ in all the papers. Â I didn’t contact Jarvis, Gilbert and the rest for ages but I think I should move on from that group of people. I am able to achieve much more without them around. Less clubbing, less fooling around and more constructive activities. They can actually say whatever they want to others cause I don’t really care much already.
I must really be focus in this 3 years. I am just aiming for a pass only and anything above that is just a bonus (:
Promise
Promise broken but school has been fun! At least better than national service! I just got my transcript from 42SAR too 🙂
Time for me to study hard! I will still blog about my Taiwan and Japan trip when there is time.
Departing
I am going to Taiwan with my family in about 3 hours time! I’ll definitely update when I back on next Friday! Say hello to Taiwan!

My next oversea trip; Japan! Next Saturday with my buddy; Teng Yao and family! Back-to-back travelling and it will be a great and exciting trip. Woohooooo!
ORD!

This post is supposed to come in 2 weeks ago but I was busy partying!
I wasn’t really excited and to prove it, I collected my pink IC three days later. Hahaha! Instead, there are many great memories in 42SAR with the mortar boys. Memories of us eating maggi mee and drinking coke in the field and it really taste like 5-star hotel food!
Hard-earned freedom and I am a combatant! I am proud of it! When I say chiong, we shout chiong ahhhhh!
Great people who make my 2 years seem not so boring and fulfilling! Must really give credits to these people in here or else I might not have an opportunity to say it.
Quek Yong Hock/ Ah Hock: The very first few friends that I made in 42SAR because we are drivers! We thought our lives will be damn slack cause we aren’t in Recce/Pioneer/Mortar. Little did we know our toughest time are approaching! We are not only trained in maintenance and driving but in combat, outfield and mortar too! That means we drive to the destination and chiong-sua. No sleep, no rest, no break! I remember when we were just trainee/private, we had to make the bronco(s) 100% fit for outfield and we only get to sleep 3 hours a day for a week! That time we were just out from Tekong and we were damn blur. We learnt thing on spot and make it happen. Slowly we picked up skills from trial and error, experiences, advise from tech-squad.
Now if there is a fault in the vehicle or weapon, a spanner/hammer/screw-drive/allen-keys will do the job! I always look for Hock when problem arise is not only due to his knowledge in the vehicle/weapon/outfield but also his attitude.
He never reject my offer and when I’m always in need for help he will always be there. Your might think repairing the vehicle is easy. Each battery weights 20kg and there are 4 of them! I must tell your the electrical cables that are attached to them are damn stubborn! Your must do it and when your knew how tough it is, your are already sweating in frustration!
If there is a chance to work hand-in-hand with him on a project, I believe he will do a great job in it. Too bad I am not into designing. Hope that you will have a smooth and great job prospect and I shall see you in the next re-service to chiong-sua together!
Foo Teng Yao/ Hammy Foo: My 2nd buddy and also my bed-buddy. At first I thought he is a faggot or gay because he always stick with Nicholas! Bloody hell! He always like to ka-someone-jiao-wei when we are 2nd-year soldier. You should know who I am referring, don’t act-blur when you are reading this entry!
Chiong-sua buddy also! I always give him alot of mortar bombs when my mortar is screwed-up! I think you are the only one that I went out with (shopping/meals/movies/ect) for more than 50 times and we are going to Japan next week! Hahaha! No need to type alot about you in here because I am always meeting you and your girlfriend in town.
There are many more people that I would like to write in this entry but I’m kinda of lazy already. Last but not least, ORD LOH! 10 more cycles and it’s just the beginning!
Training
I must set some personal goal, to improve my timing in the open-sea (Diving)
I decided to set my own regime! Every 2 days I will;
1) Run 4.2km below 18 minutes
2) 1000 crunches (Finish by end of day)
3) 100 push up
4) 100 alternate leg thrusts
5) 20 pull-up
This should do the job if I keep up with it for 3 weeks. I have been listening to these 2 songs in my Ipod & computer everyday! Time to share it with your (:
