Our new Home in Dallas

This is the house we are buying in Texas. We are so excited! It is beautiful and so much cheaper than Chicago! It is in an amazing neighborhood with Pools, a splash park, tennis courts, an elementary school, and golf course. They also have groups of Mom's and couples that get together and do fun things together

. Matt is excited about the 3 car garage!

They actually had a nursery painted in the same color as Brennon's room!

They are leaving the table as well. Always a bonus!

A dream kitchen. I guess I'll actually have to cook more :)

Back yard play structure stays with house. Katelynn is going to love it!

It's fun to be young

Katelynn is going to miss her best friends! It was great to play outside and finally enjoy some beautiful weather.

We'll miss you Dusty!

We took a quick trip to Utah for the funeral of Dustin Clark, Matt's friend who passed away of cancer May 4th. It was comforting to spend time with all of his closest friends. We shared a bunch of great memories together. We'll miss Dustin and his great friendship.

We also got to go to Morgan and see Grandma Whittier. I made it for the first part of my sister's baby shower. It was so fun to see family even for a short time.

Moving to Texas

For those of you who haven't heard, we are off to Texas. Matt got a great job in Dallas, Texas starting June 10th. We are going out this weekend to look at houses and hope to get through all the craziness that comes with moving across country. We are excited and feel so blessed to have all the experiences we are having in our lives.

Sarah Elizabeth Ballenger - Born May 4th

We had to get a picture of her feet after joking about them for so

long. They were still tiny and adorable. She did get Chris's long fingers and long toes.

Sarah was finally born Friday at 6:17 pm. Joy was in labor for almost 30 hours and pushed for 3 hours and 20 minutes! This girl is stubborn! She weighed 7 lb 2 oz (Kristy's guess) and was 21 inches long. She is so tiny and adorable. I know Chris and Joy are going to be the cutest parents ever! Congratulations!

Baby Sarah is finally on her way!

For those of you who know Joy, my great friend and neighbor, she is in the hospital currently in labor. She was induced at 2pm yesterday (Thursday, May 3) and it has been a slow process, but hopefully we will see baby Sarah sometime today! I will keep you updated.
