Amazing Together

Derek was finishing the wall in the kitchen so the table was unaccessable to eat on. We decided to have a picnic dinner. I layed out a towel, put on a show and had a blast.

Well we took the kids to the dentist for the first time. We expected the kids to have a huge meltdown but they did really good. Teagan cried when they had to polish his teeth and I think it was mostly because he had to lay back in the chair which was kinda scary. London did really good as well. She didnt cry at all. They each got a sticker after the x-rays were done. Then after the cleaning they got a toy. Teagan chose out a truck and London chose a slinky. Also because they did not have any cavitites they got a start to their super hero costume. They got a cape and a mask. They are really big but they walked around in it all day long. They love being superheros.

My mother found a potty doll that she had bought years ago. She brought it over and gave it to London. London is trying out the whole potty training thing. London loved to keep putting the doll on the potty and wanted the doll to get a sticker each time she went. Teagan had a lot more fun with the box from the doll. He walked around the house with it over his head. He is so cute. He did not bump into anything. He must have really good memory of where everything in the house is.

Derek was cleaning out a closet in the movie room and London was sitting on the chair watching TV. Derek sneezed and London said "I smelled that!"

Way to cute!!!

I hate when the nanny is sick because it means I have to miss work. Missed meetings and a lot of work now will need to be caught up on. The one good thing is an extra day with my babies. I love spending time with my babies but I also love my job. I am so thankful for my work that they let me have Fridays off. I feel like I get the best of both worlds. An amazing job and company to work for and a full day to spend with the kids.

At dinner Sunday night Nana asked London if she went to her big girl class at church. London said yes. Nana said what is your teachers name? London said "Jesus Christ." Brent was laughing so hard. It is so cute.

Teagan is finally ready to get his big boy bed. He has been climbing out of his crib on numerous occasions. He doesnt take naps anymore so we are sure that he will be so tired at night he will sleep really good. He was so excited to climb into it. It is a HUGE bed. Way taller then most beds. We got it for a killer deal last summer and have been holding onto it since then.

My sister Heather is sooooo talented when it comes to crocheting. She made the cutest penguin hat for Teagan for Christmas.

Teagan and London got a play fishing toy for Christmas. They are magnetic so the fishing rod picks up the fish by magnets. Teagan Is so smart He found out a new way to play with them. He is going to be our little scientist, thinking outside the box.

He figured out that Londons table has magnetic legs, so he lined the fish up on the legs of the table.

Teagan loves to play dress up with Londons dress up clothes. Here he is getting into all of her princess gear.
