Amazing Together

I got to my moms house and started to put things away because we were going to stay for the weekend. Next thing i know Abbie had rolled all the way across the floor to the tree. She was playing with the bottom branches. Good thing there were not any ornaments! She is so cute she cant be in trouble for long!!

We went to the Festival of Trees bid night again this year. It is so much fun to be able to look at all the trees. I love that this is a program that benefits Primary Childrens Hospital. It breaks my heart to see some of the trees that are dedicated to children that were born to early and passed away. It really hits home with me. I am so blessed to have my angels strong and healthy. We went to Hobby Lobby and let the kids pick out an ornament. Teagan picked a Power Ranger, London had a hard time picking but she picked a really sparkly one, and we got Abbie one for her first christmas. The kids had a lot of fun hanging their ornaments on the tree.

London is truly a little artist. She will color for hours until you ask her to do something else. She loves it when we color with her. Here is one of our masterpeices.

I had a date night with the kids. we watched Turbo and ate popcorn. Even Abigail got into it. It was such a cute movie.

Because Derek works so much over Thanksgiving I stayed at my moms with the kids. We had so much fun. Lots of crafts, Wii playing, coloring and just going crazy! The kids love to be with Grandma and Grandpa. It is always sad to leave.

Michael the Elf is back to make sure that the kids are good! The kids are so excited he is back. They love to wake up every morning and try to find him. As soon as they see him they tell me and Derek. it is so much fun to watch!

 (April 2014) Teagan stood on the scale and  asked how big he was.  Then he said, "Am I
big enough to go on the Star Wars ride at Disneyland?"

This year we had Thanksgiving with my parents and family. We had dinner/lunch at Thanksgiving Point Golf Course. It was a lot of fun. Abbie had a cold but was still really good. She loved that she was able to knaw on a carrot. Teagan had fun riding on the golf cart with the other kids. London loved making a pasta necklace and coloring.

"Mom do you remind when I was a baby and I jumped in this toy?" It was so cute, London said remind instead of remember. I love watching the kids learn how to use proper english. So cute.

London was watching football and she said her favorite players are Steve Fence (Defense) and Mama Lama James ( Lebron James)

London asked "How can we make our dreams come true?" Then she said "I did once when I closed my eyes."

London said "Mom my mouth tastes like salami!"

My mom asked London if she liked Cuties and she said "No I dont like them because they have paper scraps on them." So funny. She doesnt like them because of the peel on the inside she thinks is paper scraps.

Kristin the nanny was trying to teach the kids the Star Wars names. London called the following:
R2D2 - Wall-E
Yoda- Puppy
C3PO - Sparkly Glitter Man

I asked "What treat did you have at Preschool?" London said "we had ice kripshies. I dont like them." I asked "what did you have??" she said "the treat with marshmellows that I dont like. I only like the chocolate kind." "Oh" I said, "Rice Krispies!"

After bath I tell London we need to blow dry her hair so she doesnt go to bed with a wet head. She said "Ok, lets go mow dryer my hair."

When I do my hair i use a straight iron. I said it makes my hair flat and pretty. So now when I do Londons hair she asks what im going to do with her hair...i say what do you want me to do. She says "I just want it fat." Like as in Flat.

(April 2014) The dance teacher said for London to have messy buns.  When she was in the
car she said, "mommy, should I shake my head around and try to get my buns
messy?"

So Abbie has just not been herself lately. She has been really cranky. So I decided to give her some tylenol (which is a joke because she HATES it. Everytime I give it to her she throws it up). As I was giving her the meds, i felt the tip of the syringe hit something....so I washed my hands and looked in her mouth....sure enough she had 2 teeth on the bottom that just cut through. Poor baby girl, no wonder she is crabby. We changed her name to Crabby Abbie :)

Derek put Abbie next to London on the couch so that he could go and clean bottles. Next thing he knew Abbie had fallen asleep and London was just sitting their so nice. She is the best little mommy to Abbie.

We went and saw a fun Turkey movie for Nana's birthday. Abbie liked it for a little while. London and Teagan loved it. It was a cute movie.

HELP, NINJAS....RUN!!!!

We went trick or treating at the South Towne mall this year as well as out to Daybreak. It was a lot of fun. The kids LOVED it. Teagan got a little tired but wanted to keep getting candy.

We went to a birthday party and london got a pouch of glitter so me and my mom took her to the school soccer field behind my moms house to play with it. She sprinkled the glitter all over the leaves and asked "with the kids see these when they come to school?" She was so excited for all the kids to be able to see the pretty glitter leaves.

We took the kids to Cornbellys. It is a really fun place that does different activites for fall/halloween. The kids had a lot of fun. The one issue was that we went into a corn maze and after we went around one of the turns the kids were running in front of me having so much fun then all of a sudden POOF!!! A big air horn went off right in the kids ears. They freaked out so bad. I have never seen them so scared. It made me sooo sad. They were okay once they calmed down but everywhere we went they asked if that air thing was going to be there.

We had a Halloween party at Nana and Papas house. The kids did some old fashioned halloween games; eating a doughnut on a string; Teagan won that one. Bobbing for apples. London was so determined to get one. She did so good. Then the adults had a pumpkin carving contest that was judges by some of the neighbors. I won!!! $100.00 was the prize!!! Everyone said I cheated but there were no rules :)
