Christmas Break
After Phe and Jen's wedding the kids and I went to St. George to hang out until Christmas rather then driving home and turning around to drive back to Utah again. We loved being at Mimi and Papa's house and just being able to hang out and relax. For Christmas my whole side of the family went to a huge house near Zion's National Park. The house is absolutely amazing, which made it even more fun!
Church before Christmas Day
We got a huge snow storm and loved to play in it! The kids didn't last too long because it was freezing!!
Avalynn was dying to go for a ride on the 4-Wheeler
This was about 2 min into their ride!
Avalynn and Bren made this cute gingerbread house
And of course it wouldn't be Christmas without Sugar Cookies!

Phe and Jen's Wedding
My awesome, possibly my favorite cousin, Phe got married in December. It was such an amazing day and so exciting to see Phe married in the Salt Lake Temple to Jen. She is just perfect for Phe and I love them together!

Avalynn's 3rd Birthday
Avalynn had a week long of birthday festivities this year since we were going to be in Utah for Phe's wedding over her birthday. We celebrated with Daddy by going out to dinner, picking out her Christmas ornament for the year, and opening presents.
We ended up leaving for Utah a day later than I had planned, so we did a super last minute birthday party with her friends at McDonalds.
Her actual birthday we were in St. George at Mimi and Papa's house. Papa made her chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast.
Mimi took her to McDonald's for lunch
I had a gift card to Barnes and Noble so we went to pick out a new book. This is her trying to convince me she should get this Cinderella doll rather than a book. She won!

Facetime with Daddy
It's crazy how much I adore this little girl! Here are 3 things about her:
1. She loves Rawson so much! At times they may not get along, but if he is hurt or crying she will hug him and tell him it's ok.
2. She makes friends with and includes the kid who may might have a harder time making friends
3. She is very smart and loves to learn!
I asked her a few random questions, these were her exact answers:
Favorite food- Quesadilla
Favorite thing to do- play monsters with Daddy
Best friend- Tate and Alyssa
Favorite thing to do with Daddy- play games with him and he's really nice
Favorite thing to do with Mommy- Clean-up
Favorite color- Pink and Purple and Red
Favorite show- Scout School
Favorite store- Target and Goodwill and King Soopers
Favorite princess- Jasmine
Favorite toy- Jasmine and Flip
Favorite book- Aladdin
