Oramai siamo in piena estate e un dessert bello fresco ci sta tutto. Perciò oggi vi propongo lo Spumone, la cui ricetta base, mia madre la ebbe da un cuoco di Salsomaggiore, verso la metà degli anni &#39;50.&amp;nbsp;

Leggevo in un&#39;intervista ad Anna Prandoni &amp;lt;3, direttrice di fresca nomina della prestigiosa Accademia Gualtieri Marchesi, che &amp;nbsp;oggi come oggi, bisognerebbe porre l&#39;accento sul fatto che il cibo è cultura, nel senso più alto del termine. Come darle torto?
