I LOVE my iPhone 4!

Silas and I recently upgraded our phones to the new iPhone 4's!!  We are so excited!!  I cannot believe the quality of the pictures and the fact that I can take video is so great!!  Silas has had the original iPhone for the past 4 years or so and he finally upgraded this time!  I think we are happy with this purchase!! :)

So I've been taking video of my kids like crazy so here are a couple... oh, and I apologize for the silliness of my voice...it's kind of funny hearing how you talk to your kids!!

(This is my first time getting video to upload...so I don't know why it's so small.  Also, on the second one with Drew watch close at the very beginning..lol!!)

Her Name and a Blessing...

Reagan Michelle was given her name and a blessing by her daddy on Sunday, August 1, 2010.  It was a beautiful blessing.  As her parents we felt the Spirit, that day, of the love our Heavenly Father has for us and what a special blessing this little girl is in our lives! It was a wonderful weekend filled with family and friends!  We feel so blessed to have such a sweet baby girl, a daughter, in our home!  We are thankful to our Heavenly Father for giving her to us!  We are thankful to our family and friends who show us they care about  our little family by loving and supporting us at these special times.  Some of our family that were able to be there were Great Grandma "Gongy", Grandma and Papa Ehat, Grandma Cakey and Grandpa Woolery, Aunts, Uncles, and cousins, and of course friends!

Also, to see some beautiful pictures of Reagan's dress and her room visit my sister's photography website!

Look at her sweet little shoes!!! My friend Emilie crocheted them for her!!
Granny (aka: Gongy, Grandma) and McKenna....beauties!!
Our little family!
Proud Momma!
Proud Daddy!

My sweet, supportive friends! Breann, Shayna, & Emilie
We were all pregnant at the same time!  Amelia is two weeks older and Cole is 1 1/2 months older!
Most of my family!!
At this point Reagan was done!!!  She so wanted out of that dress!!
We had to get with Gramma!!  Pretty Gramma!

Drew's 1st Movie Theatre Movie

I bet you can't guess what his first movie was this summer??  (or maybe you can!)

Drew really had no idea what was going on.  We decided to take him to the theatre for the very first time in his cute little life!!  If you know Drew, you know which movies he LOVES!!  We attempted an early show, but arrived not as early as planned, so there were no seats together except down in the front...forget it!!  He was really overwhelmed by all the people in this huge room.  We found two seats up near the top but he wouldn't even walk past the 4 people in the row to get to the seats.  So we switched our tickets for the next showing and came back with plenty of time to spare.  It was great!  A much less stressful situation for ALL of us!!

Drew did so well and just LOVED the movie...any guesses yet?  He had his own popcorn, drink and I took the Laffy Taffy (too sticky for 2 year olds) and he was set!  We had a great time!!  Totally cute movie, totally cute DREW....can't wait for it to come out on DVD in a couple months!!

This Time I'm Serious...

I know I "threatened" to do this a while ago and I never did, but Silas and I were talking about things with our family blog and we've decided to make it private!

If you would like me to invite you to view it, please, let me know.  I'll turn on comment moderation so your emails aren't visible in the comments area.  I'll be setting the private setting on Monday, September 20th..fyi!

I really hate to do this because honestly Google Reader is soooo nice with telling about updates.  So with that said,  I think I'll do what my sister, McKenna, suggested and start a non-private update blog!  It will tell you I've updated the private blog and then you don't have to check my blog and then I wasted your time because I haven't updated and we all know how precious time is....wow, that was a lot to say :)!!  So here's our "update blog" that you can add to your Google Reader or Follow through Blogger.

This is all, of course, if you really want to keep reading our blog :)

LS Ranch-July 2010

We had a really full, fun packed July!  With the celebrations of the 4th, which I posted about earlier, our (what would seem) yearly trip to LS Ranch, and Bear Lake (earlier post as well...sorry a bit out of order) we LOVED July!

Drew loved throwing rocks into the creek!
Jacoby and Daxton just hangin'!
Cute little Dylann with her mommy, Val!
I thought this was a cool pic of Drew sporting the headlamp! A camping must!
Reagan's first outdoor outing...she was very bundled!!
Enjoying the campfire and lots of stars!!
Suntanning???
I really have no words...just Taylor in his true form!
Yummmy, yummmy camping breakfast!!
Gramma with Reagan...sporting their true colors!
Daxton, Uncle Evan, and Jacoby!!
Auntie Jill trying to make Reagan smile...
Auntie McKenna and Miss Saigarooni!!
One of his many expressions this trip!
Playing is so fun!!
We made it off the dirt road and up the hill on to Highway 6...barely!

 Side Story:
So here's the story behind LS Ranch.  Jamie's parents own this beautiful property up Spanish Fork Canyon...just tucked up nicely on your way to Manti.  There is a pavillion with a fireplace and above it are the initials..LSR...for LS Ranch.  So last year, I asked Jamie, what does LSR stand for...knowing her family's last name is Ellis.  She said that he uncle (or someone) in the family was asked to come up and write Ellis on the trash cans and he wrote LS instead of Ellis...so now the ranch is called LS Ranch! Ha! Love it!  Ok...
But many thanks to the Ellis' for letting the Ehat's spend time together here at LS Ranch! We sure do have a lot of fun being together!!

Someone's 35! WHAT?!!?!

I think...well, let me rephrase, I know I've said this every birthday since I turned 30 but...I remember when my mom turned 35!! How could I possibly be "that mature" already!!?  But yes, the inevitable year of my mid-thirties has arrived!  I know many people, that really don't know me, assume that I am much younger.  I know, I know I am VERY young looking (hehe) but I really think it's because I have two very young children which of course means I am only supposed to be 25! Oh well...surprise, surprise...June 18th, 2010 I turned 35!

Now let's face the truth here!  I truly, seriously, do LOVE birthdays!  I think they are fun and, of course, a good reason to have family and friends over, which I love to do!  Silas started the tradition of birthweek the year we were dating, which was the year I turned 30!  So sweet, so cute, and so thoughtful!  I love it!!!  This year he did not disappoint (like he ever has!!)!  Thanks sweetie for a wonderful 35th Birthday Birthweek!!

Day 1-Silas made me breakfast in bed!!  I love pancakes!
Day 2- Beautiful red roses!!

All my birthday cards & gifts!!  Everyone is sooo nice!  I loved them all!!

The birthday girl and her SO ADORABLE cake!!
Val made my cake this year!!  Isn't is SO CUTE!! It was super yummy!

LOVE this picture of Drew and Cole's faces with Hallie and Brighton!

Mom with Auntie Janet!!
Shayna with her cute, cute little boy, Cole! Joey loves Cole!
Jill, with Reagan and Brighton!
The guys!
Emilie, with Cole and her hubby, Pat in the background!

Dad playing with his grandkids!
I think they like the cake & ice cream...or pizza!!

Courtney, Maddie, Jack, and Joey!

My cute husband who planned the whole week! :)
Our friends, Breann and Eric and their daughter Amelia, came as well but for some reason I didn't get a picture with them...thought I did but...hmmm!

Thanks everyone for helping make my birthday such a wonderful day!!
