Charles is a Teacher
Today Charles was ordained to the office of a Teacher. He turned 14 on the 11th but I for some reason didn't realize that He needed to be ordained like he was when he was a Deacon. I sat down with Charles and asked him who he would like to ordain him to the office of a Teacher. After much debate and a small amount of sadness, Charles asked Larry if he would be willing to come and ordain him. Larry was willing to accommodate Charles request. So this morning we got a late start and missed sacrament meeting sadly. After the block we met Aaron, Shannon, Larry, Logan and Sierra outside the Bishops office. The Bishop, Logan and Larry stood in the circle and Larry performed the ordinance of conferring the office and keys of a Teacher upon Charles. It was a short and powerful blessing.
