Daddy's Little Helper

Heath and I decided to buy a shed to put in the back yard to put our lawn care equipment in.  The only problem is that you have to put it together yourself.  First, we had to build some sort of foundation to assemble the building on.  After several phone calls to my dad, we finally figured out how to lay cement pavers down for the foundation.  These are pictures of Heath and Aiden working on the foundation.  Heath was such a hard worker, he finished it in one day!  Towards the end of the project he slammed his finger with the sledge hammer...ouch!  We've decided that we are not very good at home improvement projects so we are going to wait until my dad comes down to visit for Thanksgiving to put the rest of the shed together.

Hopefully it's level!

Noah's Baseball Game

They won! This was the first game this season that Noah's team won a game. We are so proud of him.

Rock School Concert

Abe had his first Rock School concert last Friday at his high school. Abe sounded great.

Clam chowder anyone?

I thought this was so funny. I made clam chowder for dinner and I was prepared to make something different for Aiden because I knew he wasn't going to like what I made...what kid likes clam chowder? I was wrong! Aiden tasted it, loved it, and ate the entire bowl.

Last Day

Today was Aiden's last day at Ms. Stacy's house. Aiden has been going to Ms. Stacy's house every weekday since he was 3 months old. He loves it there! I thought I was going to have a nervous break down when we left but I held it together. He starts a new school on Tuesday and I'm hoping he will transition well.

Aiden is going to miss his best friend Madeline. Luckily, she will be joining him in January when she turns 18 months.
