The theme was set by Hilda and she chose trees or leaves.
I used my crafty individuals stamp and stamped it several times and coloured them all in with whispers pens.
I then cut out bits off each one and made a decoupaged frame and picture.

Over on Lots to do Sam is hosting a house and inchies swap
Not sure if I have done mine right or not.
I have cut a house shape and used distress inks in brushed corduroy and fired brick. I made my roof tiles with a small stamp I have and added a curly stamp for the guttering. I added some vines going up the wall and coloured them in with whispers pens. I then cut my inchies and coloured with distress inks and once again used my line stamp to creat a window frame effect.

Firstly I used brushed corduroy distress ink all over my arch to age it and then found an image I liked.
I then stamped a script background and tore some co-ordinating papers and stuck them on. Lastly I added my image.

Sam has made a tutorial for this technique you can find it here
Here is my creation, I altered a beermat.
This weeks challenge on lots to do has been set by Steph she asked us to craft our name.

It'sMags' turn to set the challenge and she has chosen "Iris folding".
I found my pattern on circle of crafters and made it into a fat page. I added gems and edged it all in gold pen.

This week its Andrea's turn to choose a theme. She chose Recycle it!!!
I had bought a cheap clock from the supermarket cos I needed the mechanism for another project. I kept the clock case, well you never know when you might need it!!!!
I used alcohol inks on the frame in greens and blues. I then covered the "face" with different backing papers and finally added stamped images, bottle tops, dominoes etc and then added the clear lid.
Why not have a go this week. Lots to do challenge - there is a direct link on the right hand side.
Over on Lots to do - Sue (Monalisa) is hosting a thrinchie swap with the theme of children.
This award was given to me by Dawne

We have a guest designer this week. Its our very good friend Sam
I decided to make a skinny and put some foil through one of my cuttlebug embossing folders and then rubbed alcohol ink all over.
I stuck this onto my skinny and then set eyelets around it.
I found some old optical lenses and added some vintage images.
I stamped some words and added them to the skinny
It seems ages since I made some ATCs for a swap.
Over on Lots to do we have had a secret swap. We had to make a gift for someone and not sign it or have any clues to who had sent it.
The person I had to make something for was Dawne. I decided to alter a cd. I covered it in paper and added swirls all around the edge. Dawne loves to take photographs so I sneakily copied one of her photos and stuck it to the bottom of the cd. I added the letters for her name. I used my crop-o-dile and added eyelets and ribbon and finished off with 2 small flowers which had gems stuck to the middle.
Over on Lots to do we are having a swap entitled "My name is..." You have to make something with your swap buddys name on
