Healthy & Happy, Hardy's

Riley and Abbey really loved the nintendo DS's they got from Santa and Kyli loved her new ipod that she got. It was very hard to get any of their attention, since they couldn't put down their new toys.

Christmas blew in and out rather quickly this year. We had a great year and an even better Christmas. According to Kyli, she got everything that she wanted, as did Riley and Abbey. My wonderful husband decided to spoil us all this year and surprised Kyli and I with new computers and desks and chairs to go with them. I have wanted for some time to learn photography and this Christmas Jon granted my wish with a new camera and new software for the computer to photoshop the pictures. Like I said before, I have the most wonderful of all husbands. Jon is wonderful everyday with all of the thoughtful things he does for me and the kids. Kyli, Riley and Abbey are the best kids anyone could ever wish for, so loving them and showering them with gifts (once in awhile), is totally acceptable. I thank Heavenly Father everyday for the rich blessings he has given me and continues to give me. I wish all of you the great happiness that I enjoy.

The Christmas party was a huge success. Thanks to Jon and all of his hard work. I tried to make a giant cup-cake(picture below). Despite the giant cup-cake everyone seemed to have a great time. Riley played non stop with Max and Abbey confiscated Keira as soon as she arrived. Two week old Keagan is beyond adorable and his parents aren't bad themselves. Jared and Veronica are wonderful as always. Mom and Dad are great and I really enjoyed spending time with them and Christi and Eric. I feel very blessed to have such a great family, they all are wonderfully unique. It's late, past midnight, so I better get some sleep. I hope everyone had as much fun as I did.

Jon and I are getting ready our house for my family's christmas party. We had finishing work done all week so it is a mess. We have to clean top to bottom and cook and bake and be ready by 5:30p.m. It will all be worth it to see everyone, especially the new baby (Keagan). I love party's with kids because they make everything so much fun. I hope that the snow stay's at bay until the party is over. I hope everyone has fun and travel's safely.

We spent all day supporting Kyli during cheerleading competitions. Her team took 1st place. Go Panthers. Kyli rocked it. We are so proud. Monday is another full day of competitions and we are sure they will take 1st again. Grandma & Grandpa Hardy came, as well as Grandma & Grandpa Wilson and they came with Aunt Veronica, Uncle Jared, Max, Aunt Christi, Uncle Eric, and her good friend Katey came with us. All in All it was a great day. I am hoping to post pictures on Monday.

Recent photos of our family, which were taken over the summer. I love the end result but the process is quit frustrating. I am probably biased but I think that my kids are gorgeous.

Here are the stages of our home and our remodeling, which we endured through the summer. Stay tuned for finished product with christmas decorations. Should be good.

Black Friday! Now I know what they mean, Jon and I got up at 5:40 to go shopping. Let's just say I am in shock and am not sure when I will recover. People do this every year (how crazy is that). Jon was checking the news this morning and discovered that a Wal-Mart employee was trampled to death and a lot of people were hurt. We got some good deals (not great enough to justify death) but I won't be doing that again. Today we will be putting up christmas decorations. How fast the year goes by, is amazing.

We just spent a great time with the Wilson's for Thanksgiving. We had a great meal and the kids had a lot of fun with their cousins. I wanted to Thank my brillant sister-n-law Veronica for helping me with blogging. I had no idea what I was doing and ruined our other blog, so I had to start over with a new blog, hopefully I won't screw up again.

Riley was baptised in 2007 and Abbey was just baptised on November 1st 2008. My babies are growing so fast and I am not ready for how big they are and how much smarter than me they are.
