Each year in Busan, a few girls get together to run the Vagina Monologues. I've been before and might have even posted about it.

This year, I wasn't really interested in seeing them again, but Crystal had volunteered to make some vagina cookies to help raise more money.

Known for biting off more than she chew, I extended a hand to help decorate. ;)

I had a few apples that were starting to get a little soft. They're not always the cheapest fruit, so I wanted to be sure to get use out of them.

After some Googling around, I found a recipe for Apple Cinnamon muffins. My muffin tins don't fit in my oven, so I opted to make it into a loaf.

1 1/2 c flour, 3/4c sugar, 1/2tsp salt, 2tsp baking powder, 1tsp cinnamon

Mix in 1/3c vegetable oil, 1 egg, 1/3c milk

Fold in 1 chopped apple; Spoon into pan (or muffin cups)

In another container, stir 1/2c sugar, 1/3c flour, 1/4c butter, 1 1/2tsp of cinnamon. Mix together.

Sprinkle over batter

Bake at 400* F for 20 - 25 minutes.

I post every single year about the Cherry Blossoms as soon as they start blooming.

But they don't get any less beautiful (that sounds super cheesy).
