Lets begin...

Open a new file 550x550 floodfill with white

Open AD_Paper12, resize 70% copy and paste as new layer

Open WSL_Mask147, minimize

Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, choose WSL_mask147

Layers, Merge, Merge Group

Click on background in layer pallette

Open AD_Tree, resize 60% copy and paste as new layer, add dropshadow H+5 V+5 opacity 92 blur 5 color black

Layers, duplicate, Image, Mirror

Click on Mask Group in layer pallette

Open AD_Barbwire, resize 80% copy and paste as new layer, add same dropshadow

Layers, duplicate

Open AD_Bead6, resize 40% copy and paste as new layer

Open AD_Bottlecap3, resize 25% copy and paste as new layer

Open AD_Spider, resize 15% copy and paste as new layer

Image, Free Rotate, 25% right, add same dropshadow

Open your tube, resize to likeing, I resized mine 80%, copy and paste as new layer

Add dropshadow H+5 V+5 opacity 95 blur 5 color black

Open AD_Candle2, resize 15%, copy and paste as new layer, add same dropshadow as on tube

Open AD_Candle1, resize 12%, copy and paste as new layer, add same dropshadow again

Add your copyright and name

Layers, Merge, Merge All Flatten

Save your work

Open AD_Paper16, resize 80 % copy and paste as new layer

Open WSL_Mask94 minimize, Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, choose WSL_Mask94

Layers, Merge, Merge Group

Open AD_Tombstone, resize 30% copy and paste as new layer

Image, Free Rotate, 25% left, dropshadow H-4 V-5 opacity 92 blur 5 color black

Open AD_Tree, resize 60%, copy and paste as new layer

Layers, Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Open AD_BleedingHearts, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer, dropshadow H+8 V+5 opacity 92, blur 5  color black

Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, add same dropshadow as on BleedingHearts

Open AD_Chalis, resize 20% copy and paste as new layer, add same dropshadow again

Open AD_Sign, resize 40%, copy and paste as new layer

Open AD_Bird, resize 25%, copy and paste as new layer

Open AD_ChainWSpike, copy and paste as new layer, same dropshadow again

Add copyright and a name

Layers, Merge, Merge All Flatten

Save your work

Open AD_Paper1 resize 70% copy and paste as new layer

Open WSL_Mask321, minimize, go to layers, new mask layer, from image, choose WSL_Mask321

Layers, merge, merge group

Now move it slighty to the left and up

Layers, duplicate

Image, mirror, Image, flip

Open AD_Frame2 resize 60% copy and paste as new layer

Image, free rotate 25% right

Grab your magic wand and click inside the frame

Selections, modify, expand 5

Open AD_Paper3 resize 40% copy and paste as new layer

Selections, infert, hit delete key

Selections , select none, move paper under frame

Select frame, click with magic wand inside the frame

Selections, modify, expand 5

Open your tube, Image, free rotate 25% right, copy and paste as new layer

Selections, infert, hit delete key, Selections, select none, move tube under frame

Blend mode: screen

Click on frame, dropshadow H+4 V+10 opacity 80, blur 10 color black

Open AD_BarbwireWRibbon, resize 30% copy and paste as new layer

Image, free rotate 25% right

Layers duplicate

copy AD_BarbwireWRibbon, paste as new layer

Image, free rotate 68,50% left

Layers, duplicate

Open AD_HeartDoodle, resize 80% copy and paste as new layer

Image, mirror, same dropshadow as before

Open AD_FireCharm2 resize 80% copy and paste as new layer, same dropshadow as before

Open AD_Ribbon, resize 15% copy and paste as new layer

Layers, duplicate

Open AD_Branch, resize 40% copy and paste as new layer, same dropshadow as before

Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, same dropshadow as before

Add your name and copyright

Layers, merge, merge all flatten

Save your tag

Open a new file 550x550

Open Paper2_FD, resize 80%, copy and paste as new layer

Open WSL_Mask302, minimize masker

Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image

Source Window: WSL_Mask302, Invert mask data unchecked

Layers, merge, merge group

Open Frame4_FD, resize 80%, repeat resize

Copy and paste as new layer

Image, Free Rotate, Left 15 degrees

Grab your magic wand, click inside the frame

Selections, modify, expand 5

Open Paper3_FD, resize 50%, copy and paste as new layer

Place paper onto your frame

Selections, Invert, hit delete

Selections, select none

Move paper under frame

Click on frame

Grab your magic wand again and click inside the frame

Selections, modify, expand 5

Open your tube, shift+D, resize 80%

Image, Free Rotate, Left 15 degrees

Copy and paste onto your frame

Selections, Invert, hit delete

Selections, select none

Move tube under the frame

Blend mode: Luminance (Legacy)

* You can now close this duplicated tube*

Open Candle2_FD, resize 60%, copy and paste as new layer

Add dropshadow H+5 V+5, opacity 100, blur 15, color black

Open Bow2_FD, resize 15%, copy and paste as new layer

Place it onto your red candle

Add same dropshadow as before

Open Candle3_FD, resize 60%, copy and paste as new layer

Add the same dropshadow

Open Bow3_FD, resize 15%, copy and paste as new layer

Place it onto your blue candle

Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer

Add same dropshadow as before

Add copyright info and name

If you don't want to do the animation

Go to Layers, merge, merge all flatten and save as jpg or png


* from here we go to the animation *

Open Animation shop

Open animated flames
( you can download them here 

You'll see 4 frames

Go back to Paint Shop Pro

Layers, merge, merge all flatten

Copy your tag and paste as new layer into Animation Shop

Adjust, duplicate until you have 4 frames
( the best way is to click on your tag and paste after active frame, repeat this 3 times
until you've 4 frames)

Click on flame animation

Adjust, select all

Back to your tag frame

Adjust, select all

Now drag the flame into your tag, and place it on the candle

Click on the empty frame (the one that had the flame animation)

Hit Ctrl+Z
(you'll see the flames came back)

Now drag them again onto your tag and place it on the other candle

You're done, save your tag as Gif
