Easter and Henry's 4th Birthday fell on the same day this year which made everything quite exciting and very busy! We started off the weekend with a visit from Uncle Jim, Uncle North and Aunt Nikki (my cousins). They came to visit and to help celebrate! My parents came over and we had a fantastic Zoe's dinner and cupcakes for dessert. Henry was able to open a few presents that night since his birthday was going to be extremely busy and overwhelming! Here he is in his favorite shirt opening walkie talkies and a garbage truck. He loved them both but was extremely excited about the garbage truck as you can see on his face.
The following day we went to an Easter Egg hunt with our church friends. We did this last year and it is amazing how much things have changed since then! They boys loved it. Henry loved playing with the kids and Finley loved hunting eggs with kids his size because he is not fast enough when he and Henry look for eggs together. Here is Finley chillin' in the swing.....
He seriously grabbed so many eggs it was embarrassing! However, he was with kids who were smaller and some did not even walk.
I did not get any of Henry during the egg hunt because we were split up into different areas.
After he was tired of hunting, he figured out how to open the eggs.....awesome.....
When Henry and Beau came back up to the front, I did get some cute pictures of Henry on the big swing. He did great hunting eggs but mainly wanted to play with the other boys.

After the hunt we went by Gee Gee and Pots house to see their new play land they got for their back yard. The boys loved it and so do we!
Sunday was Henry's birthday and Easter, so it was extremely overwhelming with his gifts and the Easter Bunny coming. If you know Henry, you know he loves toys. I say that gifts are his love language and any time you want him to feel loved, give him a gift. He was extremely excited to open up his presents and even though this picture does not do justice, he was happy!
That same morning (after opening gifts) I decided to run Finley to the doctor because he had a terrible night of coughing and his nose was gross....luckily, I had showered and was ready for church and we ran to the doctor around 8:15 to come home around 9:15, have a quick egg hunt and then off to church at 10. Busy morning. I tried to get some cute pictures, but they were too excited.
We were going to have a very busy day, so as we are walking out I was able to get this cute Easter picture of the boys before they got dirty. So sweet!!!
We went over to Aunt BB and Uncle Truitts house that evening for Easter dinner and here are a few pictures I took with my phone. I had to change Finley because his outfit was filthy after church and lunch. Henry was still partially dressed.
