The 2 Mercedes had completed...
The last 2 Mercedes CLK-GTR had completed and I think I like Warsteiner more, maybe is look more aggressive... lol.
Maybe the 'D2' is too common to see on web, so the Warsteiner does looks better. Asusal, I did not put the front 'benz' logo on... The blue on the side mirror of Warsteiner looks abit off, but I think is ok, as I can't find good photo to mix the color.
Tomorrow, heading to new Benz project... SLR. ^.^

Nismo Skyline Coupe 350GT - Completed!
Another one completed.
Is a fairly easy kit to build, took only 2 days to fix, airbrushing, masking, detail painting and fitting. The under chassis detail is good, but this kit is way too simple. If is alittle more parts, think it will better. I change the wheels, and found out the 19inch wheel can't fit into the axle. I had to trim the hole on brake discs, and many test fitting. It fit well, and lucky after the body sit on the chassis, everything look fine. Color on body is Gaianotes white + Gaianotes #122 + Mr. Hobby Moonstone Pearl. The wheel are spray gloss black. The body color after clear coat, can't really see any pearl finish on it... but at least the color is what I want. As Nismo racing white is not a pure white color, but also not as yellowish like Honda racing. Enough talk...heres the picture.
I do some carbon fiber on the black bodykit and the rest are stock. It's really not a bad kit to build, maybe next time I get another one.

Nismo 350GT
I still can't decide what color it should go for. Original plan was a 'bling bling' 20inch mica blue car...but after seeing one of my friend models (same model), I like that idea... think he going to spray white with black wheels...
I thinking the same too, white body with black wheels does look aggressive. Then I also thought of using metallic blue or Nissan blue (on the Fairlady) should be good too. Don't think I will go for Silver, so either is a blue or white...I can't make up my mind...
Actually my under chassis had already completed. Left the body...today I found out some clear part had broken off long ago...hope I still able to scratch-build one to replace it. I used Aoshima TE37 19inch wheel to replace the small 18inch Nismo GT4 wheels, as the wheel arch do look too big for a 18 inch.

CLK-GTR 'Warsteiner' and 'D2' again!!!
The weather is getting very cold again...and I got no chance to my color and clear coat... (T.T)
Almost complete the interior, decal not apply yet, so you can see some parts not fix up yet. It will after decal are all apply on. Hmmm... Where is the body??? Well, I think I get lazy again... oops! I did not water-sand my CLK body, and primed it...after primed, I saw some mark on it...cause get lazy, so I spray my black base color on... DANG!!!! all the scratch marked shown.... (ToT) So, back to sanding the body...and now raining, can't do anything about it. I think I should pull myself up and make sure I don't make the same stupid mistake again.
Since is cold weather...I decided to cut and do some research on some other upcoming projects. My SLR 722 edition and Brabus SLR 722 are ready to paint...but I only able to wait... As for the 300SLR...I got some plan change, either glued all the bonnet hood and doors, or I convert it to W194 Streamliner... Still studying the best choice to go for. SLR722 GT version need to wait till I finished the 2 basic SLR, then I will fix it.
But lucky the past few days are sunny day, thank god give me a chance to 'at least' do some color on my kit. When raining, I only able to hand painting the rest of the parts.
So here is some picture I like to share with you. Alot of parts for 1 CLK... (o.O) no, is for 2 CLK...hahahaha!!! Painted all the parts and the fun part start, fixing up all the part is always my favorite parts.

Nissian Nismo 'Sumo Power' R35 GT-R FIA GT
When I got this decal from Shunko models, I thought it can apply straight on any GT-R (R35). But getting a closely studied on it, OOPs!!! then I start to search for the detail on the bodykit... and found quite alot of the test version (black and white) By using those photos, I search for more...test and matched the wheels, spokes on the rim, finding the more closest rim set. Is not easy, cause R35 GTR using a 20inch wheels, and if is FIA GT, the wheel should be 1 size smaller, a 19inch. But in market there wasn't any 19inch track tyres... So I only able to use street tyres...haiz!
The bodykit is completely different from the stock GT-R, not forgetting the GT race interior...alot of work to be done if I need to use a Tamiya kit to convert to race spec. On the web, there wasn't much bigger picture showing interior...so I will use some idea from Super GT GT-R spec photo as my reference, also some FIA GT (Lamborghini RGT or Ferrari GT) car interior for reference.
I had not bought any wires yet, as I do not have any idea how it's going to be... I only got these so far, hope is good enough to get starting the build.
Will be using some old left over Sakatsu toggle switch, push button, computer wire connector, air jack valve, photo-etch parts for Super GT500 R35, and also photo-etch on the road version, open door conversion (since the open door is mend for the road version, but I will use that on the GT, slight modify will be needed. As for the bodykit, I will build myself...I'm using a Tamiya R35 version and not Fujimi because the GT photo-etch and open door conversion set are for Tamiya not Fujimi...
There will not be any progress these few months...is reserved for next year project. Another project will drained alot of my 'mojo' up... @_@

Veilside 350Z from Tokyo Drift
Yap...that right, a JDM... since after bought it last year, I got to build it...selling it won't fetch me any money...so try to fit the bodykit up, alot of trimming to be done on the Tamiya Z33.
Everything is ok...but that wheel arch seems to very big...I still worry with the wheel that supply in the conversion is too small for it or I might go find another wheel to replace it. For this conversion kit, I will not be doing the Tokyo Drift version, but will be doing the Veilside version (silver) ... now I put it back into the box...until then I will continue with it. hahahaha!!!

highly posioned by...
Yes, there is no more cured for me...I was completely highly posion by ... Mercedes Benz. hahahaaha!!!
These 2 months, I been getting all the stuff for my Benz project...more will be comming. But right now, I still working on CLK-GTR (Warsteiner and D2), 300SLR 1955 (might get another one for the conversion into a roadster...but thinking had to sand like hell, is giving me a goosebump everytime I think of that.) and AMG SLR722 GT (but I will work slowly on this, until I found the right color for it.)
Last 2 month I got these kits and transkit...can't wait to work on it...but I need to finish those on my hand first. +3+ Here I share some to all of you...
These are all the 'super poison' Benz I'm working on! ^.^
AMG SLR 722 GT
This is the one I showed all of your last month, my so called 'nightmare' project. I still working on the bodykit fitting error... T.T
McLaren SLR722 Edition
This one is easy task for me...box stock with carbon fiber and photo-etch set by hobby design. I trying to use every piece in the photo-etch provide, cause I found out that I always worry to damage the etch and don't want use it...this time I will force myself to use all, hope so... lol.
Brabus SLR722 Edition
This one also consider easy task, same like the box stock version of 722 edition, but will change the emblem and wheels to Brabus version, and it will be in black with red interior. ^.^
Hamann SLR Volcano
Now this is the one came in today afternoon. Hamann SLR Volcano. I still think what color I should go for...the original version is white, but I found there are 2 more color, red and yellow. The red look aggressive...maybe I should try a red benz SLR. Maybe...
Stirling Moss SLR Edition
This will be my next 'ultimate' project since after my Enzo GT. Can't build straight from the box, althought I got the similar wheels, SLR722S roadster conversion, SLR photo-etch set but there are alot more to be done. This will be my last to do, cause I planned to give myself 6 to 8 months just working on this. Hope everything work fine... ^.^

CLK-GTR Original Telie - Completed
Another CLK-GTR completed and added to my collection... 2 more CLK-GTR to go. (^.^)"
The decal on this kit is very thin, it took me 3 days to finish working on the decals... (=.=) Everything looks good and I love it, nothing much to see in the engine compartment, is all stock, no wire or another addition part added. The color might be wrong as I did not used the default color that Tamiya asked (MS-4 Mach blue). I mixed it, and hopefully is closed to the real deal. Anyway here are the photos:
So decal had torn and I had no intention to touch up the paint. (I did that in my last built, is not looking good after clear coat. Still able to see paint patch.). As usual, I did not put on the 'Benz' emblem in front, and I also did not glue the GT wing...Let me mount the car on base, then I do finish those unfinish parts.
Next...300SLR. Yes, all had sanded and ready to primed. Hope the next few day not raining... (+o+)
