So this is my first ever blog, yay!  And what a better way to start than with cheese and wine?  Having recently visiting the Franschhoek mountains in Cape Town  and doing a cheese and wine tasting at Monte Rochell with my wonderful husband I couldn't see how life could get better than that! I am sure there are other amazing places around the world but this is one of my favorites! Probably is the only thing that makes me be a proud South African! I must admit I am not so good at the tasting part but I do excel at the drinking! A friend of mine was telling me that she is allergic to wine...I didn't believe her at first but apparently some people are allergic to the tanin (could be wrong with the spelling) that is found in the wine. So I realised how grateful I am that I can enjoy a glass (or bottle) of such luxuries!

So a lil short and sweet for now! Cheers to that!
