Today we signed a contract on our soon to be new home! We are very excited and hope it will be a great safehaven for our family in the years to come.

It is an almost brand new townhome. Which should be just fine for resale since we live in a college town. It has only been live in a couple of months by the builders friend in transition. We will probably be living here about five more years so we thought we would kick the renting boat and find a Home.

It has 4 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Baths, living and Family room.

Accidently deleted the Understair storage room which is a good amount of storage space AND happens to be the kids fav place to play! We'll see who wins that battle in the end.
