From our Santa's elves breakfast chefs to our fun crafts and beautiful story during breakfast. The morning was a wonderful start to the holidays and here are a few pictures that show the fun!

RSU graduates are Sherry LaBoon, Shelley Graham, Emily Robertson, Nancy Petersen, Roslyn Beckstead, and Katie Hobbs.
We WILL BE continuing the RSU program and will hold another graduation in about 6 months. So keep working on your degree or start one. Anyone that doesn't have the RSU program packet can contact Sr. Roslyn Beckstead. The packet is pretty self explanatory along with the purpose behind the program, but anyone with questions can ask Sr Beckstead.

The HOLIDAY season is here....Don't you just love this time of year!!!

Our Christmas Enrichment activity will be November 22nd from 9:30-12:00.

We will start with Santa's breakfast...which will be YUMMY...and then have Santa's workshop where you can make any (or all) of the 6 crafts that we will be doing. They will make great Christmas gifts.

In order to have enough supplies for the activity we need you to sign up for the crafts you plan to make (or take home and make). We will have signups till the end of October. There is a signup display outside of the chapel as well as signups being passed around at church.
PLEASE BE SURE YOU SIGN UP FOR ALL CRAFTS YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAKE!!!

A couple things:

1-we would really like to do a "craft" enrichment at the end of Nov or very beginning of Dec. The idea is to do 5-6 really fantastic crafts so that we can give them as presents for Christmas.

What are some ideas of things that you have been wanting to learn to make?

Any other ideas of things that you'd like to make as gifts....

So, have you ever wondered what you would do if there was an emergency--if you are as prepared as you think you are or would like to be? Or maybe you have had the experience of going through a tornado, an ice storm, or a hurricane (etc) and know first hand...

Either way, come join us THIS THURSDAY at 6:30 at the church for a very fun activity using our "survival skills".

There will be 4 challenges given and you will be working in teams.

There will be a nursery with 3 priesthood brethren to babysit and entertain the kids. "Refreshments" will be provided as well.

For those RS sisters that have young women, they are invited and will make the activity even more fun. Please bring them with you!

Anyone interested in doing a toy swap? It seems like a MUCH easier way to get rid of good toys and a much cheaper way of getting some new good toys. Especially in preparation for the winter months when kids are inside a little more during the day.

Just a thought to throw out there...

All women 18 years and older are invited to attend. The Broadcast will originate from the Conference Center in Salt Lake City, Utah and will be broadcast via satellite to our local meeting house. BYU TV will also carry the broadcast.

Yoga Returns! – Tuesday at 6:00 p.m Wear something comfortable and join us for some gentle stretching and toning.
