Terrain ;run' with Lard from Brig O'Turk to explore part of The Trossachs map from the '98 World Cup. Very much a 50/50 area - have was windblown/felled and very steep, the other half was a mix of young and mature deciduous and pretty nice. Had no strength int eh terrain or on the hills, but di have a lot of fun.

Run from Dunkeld while the Birnham hill race was on. Hoping to feel energetic after a week without running but was dead. Thankful for the strong tail wind on the climb up the hill as I had no internal oomph. Was a great route though and caught the race on the descent through the very nice woods at the end - they were coming up which didn't look as much fun.
