More from Nate

Nate loves music. He asks me to turn up the radio in the car when one of his favorite songs is on. The other day he started singing Shot Through the Heart by Bon Jovi. I don't know where he got this, I don't remember having heard it lately.

I love how he does the echo at the end.

Nathan's Birthday Festivities

On May 15th, Nathan turned 3. We had a little party at our house and invited a few of his friends. It was very low key and simple- I just didn't have the energy or time (after moving) to throw a big, grand party. But Nathan loved it! After we did the cupcakes, he said, "This is the best birthday party I've ever seen!" It made me feel so good. I'm just glad he doesn't know any better yet!

Opening presents. Look at how excited he is. I love his expressions!

Games at the party- we did a cake walk type game with different sports balls on the ground and then a "pin the golf ball in the hole."

I attempted Soccer Ball cupcakes (They didn't turn out that great. You wouldn't think they'd be that difficult- but for me, they were!) Nathan's friends that came to the party- Anna Fitzgerald, Jeran and Jaxon Reed, and his cousins Caden and Noah Thatcher.

Happy 3rd Birthday Nate!

Today is Nathan's 3rd birthday! I can't believe he is already 3 years old. Time does fly. He is such a cutie and makes our lives so happy! He really is the happiest kid and the funniest. He is constantly making us laugh. He is a little ball of energy all the time. But what I love most about him is his expressions and how enthusiastic he is about everything. If you've been around him just a bit- you know what I'm talking about! Here's a few pictures that I picked out randomly of his first 3 years! We are having a little party today with a few of his friends, so I'll post more b-day pics later. Happy Birthday Nate! WE LOVE YOU!

Rapping Flight Attendant

We got a kick out of this. He's been on the Tonight Show and a few other places. We haven't had him on one of our flights, but we don't really get out much anymore anyway.
