Since we have CIS approval, we have moved ahead to #1 on the list! So the next baby boy that the orphanage accepts will be referred to us!!! We are very excited, yet overwhelmed that we could finally see a picture of our child literally any day now.
Once we accept the referral, the in-country process will begin. We are told the process takes on average 6-8 months, but anything can happen. The orphanage will provide monthly updates on our child throughout the process.
Continue to pray for him and his birth mother. If he is not already born, he could be born any day now. Pray that both of their needs are being met and for God's protection on their lives.

We finally got CIS approval. It came in the mail Wednesday! Thank You Lord. Anna emailed me today and said Eagle's Nest received a baby boy this week, so now we are # 3 on the list! So we are getting ever closing to getting "the call" for the referral of our Son. That is going such a surreal moment!
Please continue to pray for our Son. Any day now, if not already, he could be delivered. Pray for safety for him and his birth mother. Pray that his needs will be met until he is delivered to Eagle's Nest orphanage.
God is faithful even when we are not.

Many have ask, but we have no news yet. We have still not received our CIS approval. They did issue a statement saying that it will start taking 60 days to process instead of 45, so that could explain the delay.
As far as moving down on the waiting list, we are still #4 as far as I know. I am going to email Anna to see if she had heard anything, but probably not. Pray for boys, boys, boys, boys!!!!
We are just trying to wait patiently on the Lord and his plan for our lives and our Child's life. We know he knows Best!!

On another note, those of you who have not heard, my brother, Bryan, and his wife, Jennifer, are expecting twin Girls in October! We are very excited to be getting two niece's very soon. Our Son will have two cousin's waiting on him when he comes home! Please pray for these baby girls and there mommy that all three stay healthy and safe during the pregnancy and delivery.
