Loving Life!

We are truly blessed and thank God everyday for such an amazing life! With a sweet baby girl on the way and an amazing little 2 year old to keep us busy we are loving life! Every week I am just amazed by how much Blake is growing. He is a true little boy and not my little baby! (snuffle snuffle) When we took him in for his 2 year doctor visit we were told that his projected height would be around 6ft 4in tall! This is no surprise to us considering that he has never been on the chart for his height! Other then any sick days between now and his 3rd birthday we are not scheduled for anymore appointments until then. (Yeah No Shots!!!) I am in disbelief that I am now 7 months pregnant!! My pregnancy with Blake seemed to drag by but this pregnancy is flying by! When I was pregnant with Blake I had his room all put together by the 5th month and I hate to say it but this time around I still haven’t even begun to start on it. So, grandparents I need your help ASAP! (Mom, I owe you an apology. I’m so sorry for making you feel bad about Brian’s baby book being filled out more then mine. I completely understand now!) lol

Happy Fall Everyone!!!

Where has the time gone?

I’m now 21 weeks pregnant and my how these weeks have flown by! We are so excited for the arrival of our sweet little GIRL! Yes, we are having a baby girl! If only I would have taken a picture of James when we were told during the sonogram it was a girl! He had the cutest grin on his face. Not quite sure what it meant but the expression was priceless! Blake is becoming quite familiar with the word sister and says it often. He pats my baby belly and says baby but then he will also pat his belly and say baby! It is so hard for me to believe that he isn’t a baby anymore. In just a few more days we will celebrate Blake’s 2nd Birthday! It is so bittersweet to see him grow up so fast but I love every minute of it! I love that we are able to have conversations and that he is recognizing so many things. He is very fond of his daddy and has had separation issues lately when James goes to work. He will say – Daddy fire truck Daddy fire truck- and that means he wants me to take him to the fire station. Let’s just say that if for some reason we are not able to go to the fire station he then shows his 2 year old temperament! James and I are so blessed for the life and family that we have and thank God every day for all of our many blessings. I know that without Him and my family I would not have survived the past 2 years! So Thank you to all!

My Little Tennis Pro!

I have realized that a tennis court is the perfect place for a toddler! I do not have to worry about him running off because he is fenced in! I’m still playing tennis but see it soon coming to an end. It’s getting a little bit harder for me to run with this baby belly but as you can see Blake sure enjoys being on the courts! He is set once he gets his racket and ball!

And Baby Makes 4!

Please excuse my blogging absence! Time passes so quickly these days! As you can tell by the title we have some exciting news to share! Yes, we are expecting baby # 2! I’m a bit nervous about how Blake will react to having a little one around but I’m sure he will be fine. I’ve been so sick these last few months that it's become a regular thing for Blake to come to the bathroom to check on me. At first he would tug on my shirt and say mama mama mama to get my attention and now he will come in and pat (hit) me on the back to say HI! Other then being sick life is great! My due date is January 3, 2011 so I’m a little over 3 months along. See Baby Fouts # 2's first pictures below!

Here are some updated pics of Blake. He is Mr. Funny these days!

On another note! I’m so proud of James because he enrolled back to MSU to finish his degree and graduated May 16, 2010! When he was hired on by the WFFD he only lacked 12 hours from having his degree (4 ½ years ago)! Congrats James! Blake and I are so proud of you!!! XOXOXO

It's Spring!

I’m so excited for it to be SPRING! I can already tell that our little boy is going to want to be outside all the time! He will go to the door and try to open it and say out - out! James and I have to sneak in and out of the house so that he doesn’t see us leaving or entering. If he does and he doesn’t get to go outside he has a little bit of a melt down. Ok so may be a little bit of a melt down is an understatement! I have a friend that wanted to take some pictures of Blake and my niece Riley so we went to the park for some pics. I dressed them so that we could get some cute sit down pictures of them together and what was I thinking!!!! You can not make a 1 ½ and a 2 year old sit anywhere when they are inside much less outside! They were all over the place as you can see in the pictures below! I’m not even going to put captions because I’m pretty sure from the pictures you can tell how it went! They had a great time but my picture goal was NOT accomplished!

HAPPY SPRING EVERYONE!
