This is the box all of my startup kit came in, opening it was like Christmas morning!  
Having the 4th bedroom, I get to use a part of it as an office, here it is all set up. Looking forward to painting the walls at some point.

We are finally starting to get settled into the house, I have even hung a few pictures on the walls!! I got to fly up to Lodi, CA to visit a friend for the weekend, started a business, got a new sliding door installed and hosted several dinner parties! Whew, I am worn out!!!

Here is one of my oldest, bestest friends reading a bedtime story to Kacey. A treat for both of them!
We went to an open house at the local Sheriff station and they had this horse. Kacey asked the lady what kind of horse it was. After the lady told her it was a quarter horse, Kacey asked "Does that mean she only eats quarters?"

This was a different day, we had to stop to see the firetruck parked in front of Chipotle after lunch.

An unusual good mommy moment for me. I got out some shaving cream, cookie sheets and food coloring. Kacey was a bit apprehensive and didn't know what to do. After using her hands, she decided she didn't like the feeling so she searched the yard for sticks and leaves and used those instead. Before the food coloring

This one cracks me up, he found daddy's underpants and put them on, Jamie twisted them in the back so they would stay up for a picture.

On Friday we didn't know what to do and my mom had some time off work, she then came up with the idea of going to a local (local meaning 45 minutes away) farm that we had been to before. The kids just love it there! I really need to take them more often.

Kacey rode in the cow train but said she got a little scared at the end.
David went down this slide about 14,000 times. LOVED IT.

David got a kick out of the petting area, he would give a little four finger pet and barely touch the animals. Not sure what he is trying to tell this sheep.
Kacey was of course in heaven. Any animal will do for her!

If you look real close you can see a teepee! There is a summer camp behind our house and one of their trails goes to a teepee that their kids get to sleep in.
