Today we went to the local fire station for a field trip with my MOMS Club. Kacey and David loved it and with Jamie off work, he got to go too and loved it also! Taline and Lorelei were there too. :)

January Picture catch up.
January was full of fun times :) Kacey got to sleepover at Taline's with Lilli too!
More sleepovers, this time Taline and Henry.
Henry ended up playing with David a bit more than Kacey and Taline and David loved it!!!
I love this shot of David playing with Lorelei and barbies.
Lorelei is such a happy girl!!!
We celebrated Gwynn's birthday at one of our playdates, she was surprised which made it more fun. The kids were ecstatic to get ice cream cake!!
Kim, Alex, Renee, Gwynn, me and Jackie
The kids all wanted to "Help" oh my...
Such hard work "helping", they got to have ice cream to restore their reserves. :)
Date night :)
I grabbed this pic of my brother off Facebook, it cracked me up.
Kacey did her own hair
David put on his own headphones
At the LA Zoo. The carousel has all different animals. David picked the "Cricket" (we didn't correct him to praying mantis.) He saw it and just kept yelling cricket, cricket!!!
Kacey picked a horse of course
with Henry and Danielle
Taline will actually wait several turns before going on the carousel so she can get the unicorn
Lorelei and Alex
Lilli also picked a horse
My brother gave the kids Innotabs for Christmas. One day I caught them both playing with them, David in the hallway...
Kacey in the office
So tired at Chipotle...
We went to Santa Anita Race Track to see the horses and David wanted to ride one! He loved it!!!
No surprise Kacey loved it too
All dressed up and ready for the rain
Jamie had some daddy son time and took David to the Americana to ride the trolley. Such a happy boy, I hear they rode it a few times and then stood off to the side and watched it go by a bunch.
Kacey with a cake she made pretty much by herself.
Alex had these curtains and did not need them so she gave them to Kacey who loves them!!
We let Kacey watch Star Wars and she immediately took to Princess Leia and wanted her hair like her.

Alphabet Cookies
I give the kids cookies shaped like capital letters. In order to get one, Kacey has to tell me the letter, what sound it makes and a word beginning with that letter. If she can't do it, we move on to a different cookie. David just has to tell me the letter.
The other day Kacey was "helping" David. I showed him the letter "C" and she whispered to him "David, say "C" for cat!" His reply was "No! For car!" I was pretty impressed. :)
