When kacey was still an infant, there was a small earthquake. I was in the middle of nursing her, sitting on the couch. My reaction was to stand up and walk away from the big windows behind the couch but I continued to feed Kacey and she certainly didn't know anything had happened. I guess that was her first earthquake.

This morning we had Davids first earthquake. Lilli was sleeping over so all three kids were on the floor in the office asleep. When the shaking stopped, jamie and I went in there and they were sitting up. David said "that was noisy!"

We chatted about what to do if another one comes and they seem perfectly fine with it all. I think they thought it was kind of fun.

Later we were getting his diaper off and undies on and he said "I go to sleep and then there was a bump bump bump and then I go peepee in my diaper."

Yep that about sums it up.

Kacey was sick today and even stayed home from school. When I was putting David to bed, he said "Mommy, I hope Kacey feels better tomorrow. "  such a sweet guy. I told Kacey when I was putting her to bed and I said David loves her very much. She replied she loves him too and hopes he doesn't get sick like her. We have such awesome kids. 

Best friends.... at least for today :)
Kacey decided she wanted to open a bank account so off to the bank we went with her piggy bank.
