Camp Max Strauss

We still love the awesome camp behind our house. The people there are just so nice!!! As soon as the animals arrive in June, Kacey is out the back gate and ready to say hi. They don't have campers Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning, so we try to see the animals when we can. This year there are 16 horses, goats, a pig, a baby calf, lots of bunnies and some chickens.
Look mommy! An Egg!

Mommy, I could stay here alllllllll day. Yes, Kacey, I think you could.

Sometimes, the kids even get to help feed the animals!

Camp Days...

Just like last summer, Kim, Alex and I are exchanging kids. I take all 6 on Tuesday, Kim takes them Wednesday and Alex takes them Thursday. This way we get a couple days off and the kids get to hang out together. We call them camp and try to do more than just a playdate with them.

The last session I did, I had the girls do math. They learned how to use the abacus and did a great job!
