I love the outdoors in summer in Alaska.
I love walking along the boardwalk at Potter's Marsh. On Saturday (June 6) I saw lots of baby geese with their mommies. They are so cute.
There was a tiny bird with such beautiful blue feathers.
In one of the little bird houses, a tree swallow was feeding her baby bird.
June 10, in the afternoon, I took Peter and Thomas to see the baby geese at Potter's Marsh

Tonight, Brent and I went for a walk in Kincaid Park. Along the trail we saw this moose. Brent is brave and wanted to walk along the trail running next to the moose. I am very, very cautious and also know how very dangerous moose can be. I refused to go any closer and turned around to walk back the other way. As it turned out, we wandered and wandered for another 3 miles until we finally figured out where we were and got back to our car. We surely did see a lot of trails in the park that we had not experienced before. We walked on both the walking/ski trail as well as the mountain bike trails.
