The month before Christmas!

Twas the month before Christmas when all through our land,
Not a Christian was praying nor taking a stand.

Why the PC Police had taken away,
The reason for Christmas - no one could say.

The children were told by their schools not to sing,
About Shepherds and Wise Men and Angels and things.

It might hurt people’s feelings, the teachers would say
December 25th is just a ” Holiday “.

Yet the shoppers were ready with cash, checks and credit
Pushing folks down to the floor just to get it!

CDs from Madonna, an X BOX, an I-pod
Something was changing, something quite odd!

Retailers promoted Ramadan and Kwanzaa
In hopes to sell books by Franken & Fonda.

As Targets are hanging their trees upside down
At Lowe’s the word Christmas - was no where to be found.

At K-Mart and Staples and Penny’s and Sears
You won’t hear the word Christmas; it won’t touch your ears.

Inclusive, sensitive, Di-ver-is-ty
Are words that were used to intimidate me.

Now Daschle, Now Darden, Now Sharpton, Wolf Blitzen
On Boxer, on Rather, on Kerry, on Clinton !

At the top of the Senate, there arose such a clatter
To eliminate Jesus, in all public matter.

And we spoke not a word, as they took away our faith
Forbidden to speak of salvation and grace

The true Gift of Christmas was exchanged and discarded
The reason for the season, stopped before it started.

So as you celebrate “Winter Break” under your “Dream Tree
”Sipping your Starbucks, listen to me.

Choose your words carefully, choose what you say
Shout MERRY CHRISTMAS, not Happy Holiday !

Kristin and I took the kids to Hoggle Zoo today! They had trick-or-treating all day and it was crazy mayhem! Jaxson kept saying "Mom, everyone thinks I am the real Harry Potter".
TOO funny!
PS...moms that decide to wear their sexy slut Halloween outfits...the BOO AT THE ZOO isn't the appropriate place!!! LOL!

We had a small birthday party for Max tonight! He got a ton of clothes and a back pack that he wouldn't take off all night from his cousin Bailey! I vowed no more crazy huge parties after I ruined it with Jaxson... He had a great time with the pinata, pizza and cup cakes!
He sure missed daddy!

Some might say I love October because I am a witch (more like and Angel) but whatever the reason is I love it! Here are some pics of the boys painting some Halloween crafts! Max basically painted himself!

I can't believe Max is almost two...his birthday is on October 12th! His two favorite things are pooing under the table and washing the dishes...so I am going to get him a kitchen set that has a counter kind of like a table and kill two birds with one stone!!! :)

Ok so everyone has been ranting and raving about these stinking vampire books! So when we were in Park City before Bart left I decided to buy the first one, TWIGHLIGHT! It was almost instantaneously that I was addicted and couldn't put the book down. I read all 3 books in 5 days! I love them and I cannot wait until 2008 for another one...they are so addicting and I recommend them to anyone...way passion kind of like watching Days of Our Lives...hahaha!

Bart left for IRAQ over a week ago! LIFE SUCKS!!! LOL! We love and miss him!

I know this seems like a lot of drill stuff in a row but we have a girl on our team who has diabetes and each year we do the DIABETES walk...it is a lot of fun and makes the girls do something for someone other than themselves!

This year our Chars Tea was at Lacaille! It was so good! We got to bring our moms! This is a tradition where they dress up in big hats and have tea and lunch with their moms!

Each year my drill team does a mini-Char clinic where they teach a dance to all the kids and then the kids get to perform at half-time...a nice little fundraiser for them. Jaxson has done it for 4 years and this year was awesome...he really stole the show with this sprinkler!!!

Ok I am going to get caught up with the last two months...In August we went to Bear Lake with Bart's family...it was a good time! Beautiful cabin and not so beautiful weather! Max got attacked by a bee and stung on his lip so don't think that he is handicapped in this picture!!! LOL!

Today was Jaxson's first day of second grade...He has been going to Challenger for the past three years and this year tuition went up ten fold so we decided to put him in public school (not happy about it) for four months until we move up North and then he will be back in private school. It is much cheaper up there than Challenger! Anyways...they moved him ahead a grade due to the fact he was in private school.
He was super nervous and Max really wanted to stay with him...only because of the playground!
They go to school from 8:25AM to 3:25PM! So long!

Here are some pics from Bear Lake...we went with my family in June and we are going again in August with Bart's family! WE LOVE THIS CABIN!!! :)
