Every morning we would get up and go swimming. After we would come back and get in the warm bath. I guess that we wore Ellie right out. I took off her little suit and picked her up and she went right to sleep!
Ellie loved for Ben to get in the tub with her. She would just lay on his legs for as long as we would let her. One of the first days that we were in Hawaii we put sunscreen on Ellie and within 5 minutes she was crying hysterically. Ellie never cried a lot so we frantically started trying to figure out what was wrong. (You have to remember she is our first.) We took off her swim suit, we changed her diaper, we fed her, and finally we got her in the tub and washed her little face. I guess that she got sunscreen in her eyes. We felt so bad. To say the least we were VERY careful with the sunscreen the rest of the trip.
This was Ellie's other favorite part of the trip. Laying in bed with her daddy. Every morning when she would wake up she would want to get in our bed. Luckily it was a habit we could break when we got home.
